Quick Draw double guilloche border pattern

How to quickly draw out one of the most common border patterns from a Roman mosaic. It is not about doing these neatly, it is just a freehand exercise to help you develop your eye. Do this enough times and you will be able to set a mosaic of this pattern without drawing it out.
