The left side, his right, is made smaller in your drawing. This would affect overall likeness to a degree. Very nice work though. What resources did you use to learn the reilly method? The Faragasso book kinda sucks.

You are just nitpicking for a demonstration. This isn't hyper-realism.
Hassanteart is correct the left is obviously smaller than the right. Just look a little closer.
