The left side, his right, is made smaller in your drawing. This would affect overall likeness to a degree. Very nice work though.
What resources did you use to learn the reilly method? The Faragasso book kinda sucks.

Hassanteart is correct the left is obviously smaller than the right. Just look a little closer.
