Of course they do but Cherry Bullet just debuted this year. They have plenty of time to earn wins, Meanwhile groups like CLC and Dreamcatcher become ignored/shunned because they've been promoting for years without a single win or because they don't chart. Cherry Bullet has had a very successful debut compared to DC and CLC.
A second win for CLC is very promising. It is not just a lucky win. We can see, although many girl groups had their 1st win, they didn't have a second win. People easily forget about that and the group didn't get the impact of winning.
