CLC has *Yeeun* one of the most talented female rapper in Kpop, *Seungyeon* a girl who dances so well, *Sorn* a member who speaks fluently English and has her own "variety show" (Produsorn), a member who was in Produce 101 ( *Eunbin* ), *Elkie* who is famous in China, *Seunghee* ‘s and *Yujin* ‘s awesome voices, *visuals* who are just perfect, *songs* who are so good, their *variety shows* are so funny and they are able to do a lot of *different concepts* perfectly... *So why people sleeps on CLC* They should be as famous as Red Velvet or Blackpink

Cube should be blamed, they are at fault just as much as the people sleeping on clc. If you follow clc from the beginning you'll realize how clc has so much potential but it's mainly because of cube's incompetence and mismanagement they suffered so much since debut. People will obviously sleep on them if they don't even know a girl group called clc exists. They are never promoted enough on Korean TV shows, varieties etc.
Just see the step motherly treatment towards clc where a rookie group from last year 'Gidle' was sent to kconny but the almost 5 year old group Clc has never been to America let alone kcon ny or la when clc has more following and supporters in America than s Korea.
See let me make it clear, I'm not blaming gidle if you Neverlands are coming to murder me, it's the company that's not putting as much effort into clc as they easily do with other groups, even Pentagon went twice to America and kcon already😔
Won't onces complain if jyp didn't put even half the effort to promote twice that he put to promote itzy. I know cube gave a good album, come backs etc but every sane company should and does do that. And is also giving clc this or that but what I'm talking about is real promotion, projects, advertising, etc etc not just the freedom to make UA-cam channel, Instagram accounts etc 😒

Korea does like them, they may not reach numbers other groups do, but considering how competitive and large the kpop world is, 10-30 million views on music videos is still a lot, and kpop fans take that for granted. CLC are actually quite liked in Korea, just not internationally or to the extent they should be.

oh seunghee yeah, i already watched it. As u ask, i will tell what i think. Their voice didnt really matching with original and they are trying to look soft that make their dance look weak. It isnt that obvious tho, but thats what i see. Maybe they didnt used to that kind of concept. Overall, they did okay as a junior covering their senior.

Those girls don't naturally have that voice. The company asks them to sing that ways because it "fits the concept" aka. The company is actively ruining the voices of the girls.

This group is so underrated! Their songs are one of the best and can even compete with songs of the best 5 girl groups of this generation (without the popularity). They just need to click with the taste of the Korean audiences and for sure they'll be at the top too!
The problem is that the Korean audience don't like the music that actually gets them a lot of attention internationally. I was even surprised they managed to crack the surface of the Korean market a little bit with Black Dress considering how Hobgoblin was a major flop there (but not internationally, of course). All their songs that gained recognition in SK are ones like Pepe, I Like It, and No Oh Oh (basically the more cutesy type songs/concepts they put out).
I feel like, at this point, the company doesn't really know how to market CLC. They're in a constant loop trying to decide whether they should market them in SK where it really matters or internationally where people actually appreciate them. Still always rooting for them as always. They're the full package, people should recognize that.

Karp You know, that's actually what happened with Monsta X and since Starship actually started to focus on their international audience, the boys have to travel a lot, but they succeed (they actually broke even with The Code and they're getting paid, now). K.A.R.D. and Dreamcatcher are in similar situations (but still indebted to their agencies). All that's missing is that Cube could just stop fucking around and move the girls around.
We're starved for content in North America. CLC would find a decent-sized audience for sure in the big cities.
I think black dress did well but with the unfortunate circumstance of competing with big groups at the same time if I remember. They could have won if you ask me
K.C. Fan they changed their concepts so many times. They almost tried every kind of song styles: cute, sexy, retro, dance pop, hip hop, trap. They tried girl crush concept, suit concept, retro concept, school girls concept. They even debuted in Japan, but they flopped. Nothing from that was interesting for korean public. I love this group so much, but don't have an idea of what can they do now to bring attention, I mean that they have tried almost everything and they achived nothing for that in 3,5 years after debut

Blacksuit is one of my favourite songs ever and it's good to see juniors like CLC covering it! It suited them very much. Also, seems like Yesung's high notes seem to be really high for girls too.

Taiwan is basically Super Junior's territory. Also Super Junior are kings and legends in the industry. So I salute CLC for doing this cover well.
