    Yes please, gel cream video would be awesome! I have both carbomer & Sepimax Zen and not sure how to make anything with them. Thanks for this informative series! ❤

      I absolutely love formulating with Sepimax zen it make beautiful clear gels. I definitely chose working with sepimax zen Over carbomer seen how carbomer needs a little bit of extra work just to become stable and I wasn't with the extra steps LOL where sepimax zen doesn't require anything just put it in you water or hydrosol and let it hydrate and boom done.

    I wouldn't say that mentioned polymers emulsify oils. They disperse oil on thick water gel, but definitely don't emulsify (they don't have oil-loving part of an emulsifier nolecule). The only polymer that emulsifies and I know it is lecigel, and only because the molecule of polymer is tied with lecithin (actual emulsifier)

    • @TaraLeee
      @TaraLeee  8 місяців тому

      i’m aware that polymers thicken water and don’t emulsify. i said SOME polymers can help emulsify and some can’t. i named examples of polymers that emulsify and ones that dont.
      i didn’t make this up. i just read the formulating guidelines to some polymers. sepimax zen and sepinov EMT 10 sold on lotioncrafter both say they emulsify oils. i’ve also used them to make cream gels and used sepimax zen as the main emulsifier. i’ve shared formulas like this.
