Adult leopard tortoises - Daily routine | happytortoises

This is a short video on the daily routine I follow for my adult leopard tortoises. In this video I cover the morning and evening routine. I have also included a checklist to summarise the things I do incase any of you find it useful for your tortoises daily routines too!

brillaint video, very informative! hopefully one day i will be able to keep this amazing species, at the moment i keep a Horsefeilds Tortoise. Do your leopards go outside in the summer and would you ever keep sulcatas?

Yes, my leopards go outside in the summer and love stomping around the garden! I would love to keep sulcatas but unfortunately I don't have the space for them at the moment... hopefully one day! 🐢😉

Thank you for your videos, I have learned a lot of great ideas! I currently have 3 leopard tortoises, who are all 2 and half years old. As in your video mentioned, they are now juvenile tortoises. So far, I still follow the routine care for babies, like I soak them 3 times a week and feed them 3 times a week too. I'm just wondering, as juvenile tortoises, do they still need a very humid hide as the babies? Thank you very much.

I'm working on my humidity videos at the moment and these will go into lots of detail on how I maintain humidity levels, what they should be, ideas for increasing/maintaining humidity etc... so hopefully you'll find these useful/interesting too! 😉
