You and your team are a great example of ' the perfect employer-employee relationship '. you trust them, they trust you, you treat them well, and with respect, and they work as hard as they can for you. it just doesn't get any better than that. Good Day Stanley, Moving that packer had moment's of pure luck. As you mentioned it is top end heavy. If it was to topple over when getting it in the loader. From Landscape Business Pro Podcast videos, Dirt Monkey U, from Genadek Landscape/Excavation to now Dirt Monkey with Tim moving up to co-owner, and the lawn company division which never was around in the early videos. 2 questions. Do you have a video where you build a paver patio on a slight slope yard? Also would you recommend me doing a 20x20 paver patio for my very first paver job?
The wheels stick out to the side. I good flat tow strap long enough to wrap around the wheels on both sides, up the side, and connect to a hook attached to the excavator and you could lift it up by the wheels and not have to worry about it tipping over.
I would LOVE to work as a dedicated mechanic for a business like yours. Where I can work on everything from weedeaters to hand tools to tractors and skidsteers. Granted I don't know jack about skidsteers. Been trying to buy a old broken down one so I can tear it down to nothing and rebuild it new just to learn.
It's cool u show the good n bad that happen on jobs cause its def not all gravy when working for ur self. I am curious if u mix ur own gas for the saws that need it or buy the premixed gas? My coworker n I started buying the premixed but now we use a dewalt battery powered demo saw more then anything else
I have watched a ton of your videos I love them! Two questions: Is there a brand preference on geogrid? Also, I am having trouble finding an engineer where I live (retaining walls are not built like this here), there is clay soil NEXT to my wall by about 6 inches, will this affect my wall integrity if the wall has all the proper drainage, geogrid, aggregate etc.

Number one reason two strokes don’t last. No one lets them warm up, two strokes need to be warmed more than any other engine. The exhaust side of the cylinder warms faster than the rest. This causes premature cylinder wear on the exhaust side. Number two is improper fuel mixture, pre mixed engineered fuel is cheaper than a new saw. Engineered fuel doesn’t have the additives gas station fuel has. Treat these like they are high performance engines and you’ll be happy, I promise.

The kubota 75 hp skidloader that we have is the same way, pulled a 6 ft boulder out of a hill and placed it for a boulder wall. Pretty impressive!
