You and your team are a great example of ' the perfect employer-employee relationship '. you trust them, they trust you, you treat them well, and with respect, and they work as hard as they can for you. it just doesn't get any better than that. That's how I ran my 12 employee custom cabinet shop when I owned it. It does my 75 year old, retired, heart good, to know there is still some good people left on this planet. Thank you Stan, for being YOU !

It is something that’s built and takes relationship skills and time. I run my crews the same way as well. There is a lot of doinks that treat people like garbage. You catch more bees with sugar than vinegar. I would definitely work for Stan.

My first constitution Boss made us have lunch back in the 60's. He supplied two Large coolers, one filled with nutritional food and the other with hydration!
Safety and maintenance was Paramount for us 15 year olds learning about drilling and blasting!

Good Day Stanley, Moving that packer had moment's of pure luck. As you mentioned it is top end heavy. If it was to topple over when getting it in the loader. I could just see a new cylinder replacement on your Bobcat 325. Same goes for off loading it. I suggest the extra precaution to stop it from tipping over be in place if the center of gravity overcomes the machine. Let us know the extra safety precaution you can see be put in place when proper equipment is not available. Play safe and will see you in the dirt...

From Landscape Business Pro Podcast videos, Dirt Monkey U, from Genadek Landscape/Excavation to now Dirt Monkey with Tim moving up to co-owner, and the lawn company division which never was around in the early videos. Would love to watch a video of you telling your story of the changes and why your business(s) has morphed to what you are now! Keep up the good work Stan

Number one reason two strokes don’t last. No one lets them warm up, two strokes need to be warmed more than any other engine. The exhaust side of the cylinder warms faster than the rest. This causes premature cylinder wear on the exhaust side. Number two is improper fuel mixture, pre mixed engineered fuel is cheaper than a new saw. Engineered fuel doesn’t have the additives gas station fuel has. Treat these like they are high performance engines and you’ll be happy, I promise.

Still telling you hilti partner saw is the way to go just like I did with asv but anyways went to clean my hitli air filter after 2 years literally was no dust and nothing in the box and still can let it sit all winter and come spring either first or second pull it will start guarantee and most the time 1st pull I've ran every main brand and husky is my second favorite but they don't last like you say
