I dyed my doll’s hair ombré purple into pink into blonde! Her name is Angel and I love her new hair! I got this ombré look from you! I have no idea if it will wash out though, usually I use washable markers on dolls’ hair because I just love thinking of new styles for them, but hopefully if I want to change her hair, it will come out. ProjectJohnRey it is permanent but if you put it in water it will fall off a little but you can repaint the hair

May I give you a quick tip? If you don't want the faceup that you gave the doll to come off, your best two options would be to either use Mr. Super Clear sealant or matt varnish. However, I think MSC is the clear winner from what I've seen in various different doll customizing videos on UA-cam. Trust me, this will help save the progress you've made on a doll.

The best way to dye a doll's hair temporarily is acrylic paint and hair conditioner. It comes off after you wash it a couple of times! You can also do ombre on the hair.
