So I read both Madama Butterfly's and Alraune's info, and the correlation they both have is that before they became demons they were human, Alraune had her love stolen from her, and Madama Butterfly died of mysterious circumstances. There's a probability that this is the beef they got with each other.
So, I looked into their individual stories, and while neither makes any direct mention of each other, both of them involve suicide over a man. If we go with both stories being canon to Madama Butterfly and Alraune's origins prior to being demons, then we can make the logical conclusion that both of them killed themselves over the same man. In other words, Alraune got her man taken by Madama Butterfly, and then (in a karmic twist of fate), Butterfly herself got dumped for someone else despite getting pregnant by the man she stole from Alraune. But there's a difference in the reasons why these two committed suicide. Alraune did so as a means of exacting revenge on him (and possibly MB) via a curse that required her to take her own life. Madama Butterfly, on the other hand, killed herself so as not to dishonor her own family after she gave up her illegitimate child to the wife of the man who dumped her (all so that her kid could have a better life). So, even in terms of how they died as humans, these two set themselves apart; Alraune killed herself out of hatred and spite towards those who wronged her, while Madama Butterfly did so for the sake of honor and family since she sadly believed she'd be no good to anyone now that her former lover's wife adopted her only child.

I think he’s the most demon out of all of them, since he wasn’t actually born a demon, he used to be a Dea in Paradiso that ruled over some of it, but he was banished to Inferno because they feared his power.

Power in Inferno would be divided because of Alraune's imprisonment because Alraune rules a small portion of Inferno. And if Inferno loses some part of control, that might make Queen Sheba mad. It’s a twist to how queen Sheba was summoned in Bayo 1. Jeanne also helped summon Sheba shown in bloody fate but ( in game ) jeanne hair is only visible with the summon
