As an American I don’t for a second’s question why other countries would seek other regimes hand in brokering deals with other countries. With a leader that can’t conform a sentence and every politician and essentially every individual in any high ranking government roll being bought and paid for it would be impossible almost to get a unmotivated or unbiased opinion one way or another.
