    what like from you is that you are real. A work shop is not to be fancy but functionals in the shop. And you do nice work and good and quality work for your customer.
    keep the good work

    Very nice and perfect timing! I just started looking for ideas for tool walls/storage because my current configuration is aggravating. It's the small stuff and accessories I lose track of lol.

    Another good idea, I have a space in my shop that has pegboard and I was trying to think of a way to use the space better. I'm using your idea. Again I always enjoy your videos. Have a great week! Timothy

      In a small space I try and use every possible surface. And I do like a little pegboard in my life.

    It's amazing how the simple projects can be the most enjoyable

      It really is. I’ve never been big on shop upgrades. It’s time consuming and expensive. Two resources I generally lack. But, this tool is barely even started and working on it has been rather enjoyable. And, while I’m making a bigger mess working on it, in the end it should make the shop safer and much more efficient.

      I got that for free from a guy who was downsizing his shop. It's a nice unit for sure.

      Built in projects yield lots of small scrap pieces. That’s where the majority of this came from.

    Not often we see you do shop projects, this turned out great and was probably an enjoyable project to make as it was fairly basic cabinets but small enough that you weren’t having to fight with them or be tripping over them, and more importantly the job was completed in a day 👌👌👌👍👍👍🇦🇺

      I'll be having more shop projects coming up. I never really did them because I didn't have the time/money. I still don't but, efficiency and organization are becoming bigger priorities in that space.

    Man, I would love to build these to help organize my shop. Unfortunately I don't have any wall space left! I enjoy watching projects like this, simple but well thought out and clean.

    Until recently, I thought that radial arm saws were only still in usage by people who had not been out in forty years or simply by dorks. However, watching just a couple of your videos has shown me the merit of a radial arm saw and I'm feeling goofy about my miter saw. I'm glad to learn something!

      They are very versatile. Especially if you do not have a lot of space/big tools. I can cut dados, rabbets, lap joints, tenons and wide panels easily with that saw.

    Glad I'm not the only one who is currently having issues with joint compound. Gutting and remodeling a cute little 1bed house but man the mud is taking its time.

    Nice cabinets! It's good using French cleats. You can pull them down to paint behind them.

      Yeah these have to come down so I can finish the wall, and they are going to be mounted a little higher when permanently installed.

    Great little head-clearing project. I'm deeply envious of what you call scrap material and have to order some new timber but the prices are still outrageous here. It's hard to beat good, useful storage. I'm guessing it's already full...

    • @HoneyBadgerWoodWorks
      @HoneyBadgerWoodWorks  8 місяців тому +1

      I have to take this down to sand it and finish the wall behind it so not full just yet. Yeah I’ve been collecting those pieces for a few years. Did a lot a built ins this last year and scrap piles up pretty fast with those.

      @@HoneyBadgerWoodWorks Give it time... I tend to make a large piece of furniture then smaller and smaller pieces until I'm down to tooth picks of scrap! 😂

    Very nice! One suggestion if you have a loose dado, a piece of tissue paper can make up the difference and it takes glue readily. Kraft paper works too depending on how much you need to make up.

    Next thing you know, there will be extra space to fill with more stuff 😅... At least that's how organizing works for me

      So true, most of us woodworkers are like goldfish. If I expand my space, so does my carbon footprint.

    In my world that not scrap, it gold. At today’s prices, I save every square foot of it.

    • @HoneyBadgerWoodWorks
      @HoneyBadgerWoodWorks  8 місяців тому

      I did a lot of big cabinets and built ins the last two years, which always adds nice chunks to the scrap pile.
