What’s a “suicide drone”?
Are we now using “suicide missiles” and “suicide bullets”? No. Please quit it with the infantile descriptions @thesun.
A “suicide drone” is one that kills its target as it kills itself. What’s wrong about that description? I’ve heard it elsewhere.

@@calumscott8737Well, we reserve the word “missile” generally for rockets. Drones are typically loitering flying vehicles that can be controlled by the operator and directed to its target. Missiles are more aptly applied to flying projectiles such as the Kinzhal, Sarmat, etc.
That is the difference. To be honest, I thought you were complaining about The Sun using the word “suicide” instead of “kamikaze”. Both are applicable here…

The propulsion method of a missile ranges through everything from hand thrown to rocket and everything in between. The term “suicide drone” is at least 50% redundant and entirely sensationalist.
The remote control drone blows itself up to try and get the kill. At the start of the war drones only dropped munitions and returned to be rearmed and recharged to make multiple attacks..
