I enjoy watching you Lucy, but you need to speak louder, I’m hard of hearing and I never hear everything you say even though I have the sound fully turned up

Hello, I am sorry to have problems hearing me. I do match my sound to a standard for all videos, however I can’t then control what UA-cam then does with it. I would suggest turning up both the sound on your device and the video in the app, Or as I am very conscious of people who may not be able to hear so well, or are in spaces where playing a video load may be just not acceptable - I always do captions of all the words that I say in the video. Do try turning those on, and that may help.
