This music is just beyond what anyone could ever imagine, you could think about anything and it bring you up in the world. My father has lost both of his legs, and now has been diagnosed with stage 3 small lung cancer, and he just keeps going everyday! This music brings me into a new state of mind and alows me to ponder through stress and anxiety ive been having about certian things ive been going through, thank you for sharing this!

Lately seeing the eyes of some people and watching their head spin as they try to read me, say something to trigger me, and see the smirk of glee of satisfaction on their face when they see they have touched on my vulnerability... they do all this to someone who did nothing but stand there and smile and greet others with kindness... is really actually pathetic.
Seeing this spelled out, seems like whoever does this and reads this back to themselves should see how weak they truly are... and if people are this way because of their own trauma, quit re-traumatizing yourself and quit trying to trigger others. How... from where do you find that kind of time and from who did you get permission from?

Standing next to me is an imperfect version of myself that I created from trauma But we have all suffered trauma of one sort or another, and are all imperfect versions of ourselves. Perceiving ourselves as victims is so harmful emotionally. It strips one of all personal power, and leaves you on the look-out for events that reinforce the sadness of being a victim. For me, learning the practice of being grateful for every small thing has helped immensely with changing the victim narrative. I continue to wrestle, but see positive change.
For anyone that reads this, take care and conclude not too quickly or to certainly that you are the ill-fated children of Doom and gloom, drama and trauma, darkness and pain, for, wherever the mind and the attention repeatedly dwell, the divine honors with the manifestations thereof, whether or not it be good bad or indifferent. You are your own children and Masters your own condemners and saviors, your own heaven and hell, the words of Oscar Wilde, from his his masterpiece, The Picture of Dorian Gray, truer than ever be imagined.
