Breathe in, Bliss Out | A Feel-Good Breathwork Session

  • [Please read first] This guided energizing breathwork will oxygenate your body, calm your mind and help you to feel good in just five minutes.
    This breathwork uses a count: when I say 1, you will breathe in through your nose and when I say 2, you will breathe out of your nose. If you are congested, then you can breathe in and out through your mouth. The most important thing is you draw the breath all the way into your belly (rather than the chest), and try to breathe as deeply as possible.
    This is a powerful practice and can cause a range of sensations - you may feel hot or cold, tingling in the body, or even emotional. This is energy clearing, but if it feels too much at any time, just return to your natural breathing and then come back to the breath count whenever you feel ready.
    Don't worry if you don't get the breath count perfect at first, you will find the rhythm with a little practice.
    This breathwork also features binaural beats, so listen to with headphones for the best results.
