Also, if your in a stable family the prizepools wont been an issue cause you dont need to pay the bills at 15.

And its not even that they dont want to take chances its that there is no opportunity rn to get your name out. and wdym its happening to clix rn, hes still one of the most consistent pros placing top 10 in basically every tourney

The gatekeeping is rough but I would say many tiers 2s and 3s (upcoming players) can get into more prestigious prac cords its just hard and there is some luck to it. One of the best examples is a player named ark who is currently 121st for pr on nac. Back in January i used to see him all the time just playing basic na open scrims. Now he has $2500+ earned and 50K+ pr and played his last cc with biylox and lawernce who are more known in the community. You don't need anyone to improve, to become a pro, you need to learn yourself, work on yourself and dedicate yourself to a game. also big factor is your setup, what separates most players from pro players is that pro players are having same game experience in any cup or tournmanet like in creative 1v1 raider's map while you on other side having performance issues in normal games and having best of your time in creative, thats why we have milion creative warriors, so basicly you dont need scrims to work on yourself, work to get some earnings, make your own legacy, once you get to be atleast t3 pro with some earnings and you have head and brain to use it right way, you will be good to go, doesnt matter which way you choose, heads up kids, dont get depressed this video is not true, it might be his personal experience, buddy "Paris" if you need support feel free to contact me

And, yet, I was just eyeing a 9800x3d, soft tubing, b650 e and apartments in DFW, Texas. 😅😂 I probably "love" Fortnite.. perhaps it's addiction. . ..partly due to the immense depression in which I found myself when I started playing it a year ago. I have only played a year, but because I outperformed others -- while playing on Switch -- and how solid I was at BFIII, I know that I can be top tier.. .right? Do you know how crushed I would be to move to Dallas after buying the best pc components & assembling them? .. .after grinding every aspect of the game? .. if I won earnings? . ..if I crushed pro-scrims?! Only to be gatekept, because I'm "Black", in my 30s and religious? 🤣 Honestly, probably not at all, because i would continue to think that I just had to overcome.. pray more.. pray better.. buy "legit hacking" tools. ..etc That's the problem: we would do anything to breathe the rarefied air of "cracked", because being a "bot" is undignified. lol Maybe do a piece on "Fortnite induced mania," perhaps you could discover and prove its existence.. cuz something's got to be wrong with us
You know what I think everyone in this comments think that it’s to late it’s not to late just bc u didn’t make it or at least tried doesn’t mean you can’t mechanics aim it’s not hard to get getting 200iq it’s not hard to get it’s called practice and patience witch this UA-cam guy doesn’t understand clearly they teach you have to become a pro 😂 that’s why there coaches ask pros for advice
Long comment ahead but I had a lot of things in my mind. I mostly agree with everything you said but I also disagree. If you really want to make it there are ways. Working on your mechanics studying the pros doing well in solo opens so you get some PR use that PR to get better teammates, place higher with them, get into the good practise cords and there it is 100% on you to make people notice you (and not in a negative way like most people do cause they are anti-social degenerates). Most people who are gatekept out of practise cords are kids who have no idea how to behave (not everyone of course) but someone who is humble, has good vibes and is consistent should eventually get noticed... is it a good career path? Surely not, as with every esport only the top 0.1% can make a living which is tall task for anyone in any field and the only reason I would come closely to recomending it to anybody is if they were extremely talented right from the get go. It is exhausting, it will basically take all your free time and more, however much you have and every bad results (which inevitably, there will be many) hurt. In my own humble opinion and the reason I quit after the dissapointing failure I was during the wc was because I took it way too seriously with no good reason, and it left me with no confidence in anything I would try to do in my life for at least the next 3 years. The thing I agree with the most is your final advice. This is a game in the end of the day and competing can be really fun, especially if you do so with people you like playing with, but the more serious you take it the more it can ruin your psychology, as if in 2024 we don't have enough things fuckin us all over anyway. Keep it a hobby until you have legit reason to take it seriously. And finally ( I know I talk a lot) if you thing meritocracy is bad in fortnite, I would say it is the least gatekept esport, given that almost every 2 years we see new players coming up at the highest level and there is a lot and I mean a loooot of talent in the tier 2 scene with a legit path to pro if the play their cards right. In european lol for example, there is the tier 2 scene which consists of regional leagues (balkans, greece, portugal, spain, france etc) and then there is the Major league the LEC whose top performing teams go to the international big events (basically MSI and Worlds). Even if you win what is considered a minor regional league, qualifying you for the EMEA Masters, the tier 2 all european championship, the great teams from France, Spain and Germany which are considered major Regional Leagues couldn't care less to scrim, so the only way to get a contact abroad is to literally be that cracked to carry a most likely questionable team, against a level of opposition you literally have not meant before, make it look good and have a good place on the leaderboards to accompany you... and that may land you on the second division of the german league and from there you need to perform all over again. And even if you make it to the LEC there will be no winning it or qualifying for international events unless you join a good roster that basically shuffles once every year at best or you literally get the lottery like those 4 guys from MDK did this year. Fortnite is not nearly as gatekept given that literally everyone can hop in and play the main championship this game has to offer. Yes realistically there are at most 1000 players with a non-negligible likelihood of making it far in said championship but the chances are there
Didnt read it all, but thanks for the the elaborate input. But yeah there are for sure a lot of kids who just cant behave getting kicked from cords... Just wanted to comment on your name, fellow Greek I see 🤣.
If you want to blow up on Fortnite you need to be a tiktok streamer or creative warrior. Any thing else is a waste of time tbh if you aren’t having fun. Only if you’re not having fun tho
fortnite ranked is so bad, why cant they make ranked be stacked and good just like cash cups are and why cant they just make it so game connects you to nearest server to you and there will be no need for exitlag and stuff
anyone can make it pro, epic comes out with new game modes and tourneys, theres token players who make bank streaming. Yeah you have to grind more. im 24 i work and i grind comp. if i win its extra cash and i love the challenge and game. no i dont think they should look at it as a money source until theyre actually placing high.

If u weren’t earning money by 2021 then you should’ve quit. My highest placement was 2nd in a daily duo cup on Xbox one back in 2020. Apart from that I never placed too 10 again

im 13, in the last 2 months my placements have gone from avereging top 8k in cups to now placing top 1k in most cups, do i still have a chance?
Of course you do
let papa teach you something, im 28 years old i work and i dont have time to grind fortnite, i started 3 years ago and quit right away thinking there is no way to improve, played here and there in that time 1,2 hours a day i noticed im better, so let papa tell you... You don't need anyone to improve, to become a pro, you need to learn yourself, work on yourself and dedicate yourself to a game. also big factor is your setup, what separates most players from pro players is that pro players are having same game experience in any cup or tournmanet like in creative 1v1 raider's map while you on other side having performance issues in normal games and having best of your time in creative, thats why we have milion creative warriors, so basicly you dont need scrims to work on yourself, work to get some earnings, make your own legacy, once you get to be atleast t3 pro with some earnings and you have head and brain to use it right way, you will be good to go, doesnt matter which way you choose, heads up kids, dont get depressed this video is not true, it might be his personal experience, buddy "Paris" if you need support feel free to contact me
This goes to all u wannabe EXD people 😂
💀
@parispc I'm not wrong those are same folks that be copying pros names and having EXD and other org names in thier users I remember back in the day when people had Normal users and non sweaty ones
idgaf watch me
i mean bro once u get good mechanics js grind scrims all day bro uve mastered the hardest skill
@@dereksalassalas3 Good mechs is the easiest part. So many people these days are cracked tf out. Gaining experience playing high level lobbies is the hard part. And all of the gatekeeping and subpar tournaments aren't helping.

Is your name Paris? If so, thank you, very much, Paris.
I remain hopeful as ever that I could "make it," but your video is cash money. You've probably saved my life, in a sense. You see I've sank an almost debilitating and irresponsible level of money and time into FN.. and I'm a father, Catholic and "anchor." And, yet, I was just eyeing a 9800x3d, soft tubing, b650 e and apartments in DFW, Texas. 😅😂
I probably "love" Fortnite.. perhaps it's addiction.
. ..partly due to the immense depression in which I found myself when I started playing it a year ago.
Honestly, probably not at all, because i would continue to think that I just had to overcome.. pray more.. pray better.. buy "legit hacking" tools. ..etc
That's the problem: we would do anything to breathe the rarefied air of "cracked", because being a "bot" is undignified. lol
Maybe do a piece on "Fortnite induced mania," perhaps you could discover and prove its existence.. cuz something's got to be wrong with us
You know what I think everyone in this comments think that it’s to late it’s not to late just bc u didn’t make it or at least tried doesn’t mean you can’t mechanics aim it’s not hard to get getting 200iq it’s not hard to get it’s called practice and patience witch this UA-cam guy doesn’t understand clearly they teach you have to become a pro 😂 that’s why there coaches ask pros for advice
@@parispc ναιπ.. Great content btw dk how I didn't find about your vids sooner
It’s not late for me yet
Fortnite should add new servers..
Game since is the problem with most people and new players
