Hi Dry Roast: Ground nut-1 &1/2 Cup fry for 5 min.. Add 1/2 cup roasted chana dal..fry for 2 mins.. Then set a said...and.. Add 1 sp oil to pan... Fry ... Red mirchi -10-15 Jeera-1sp Tamarind- Pinch Ginger - 1/2 inch Curry leaves Fry well... And Grind all together with Salt and pinch turmeric.... Your instant chutney powder is ready... We can store it atleat 1month out of fridge at room temperature. .. 6 months in fridge
