It's so funny because Hope is right. Steffy did heal from everything and did end up coming back and wanting Liam back lol.
Liam won't admit he begged steffy to come back with him. He tells hope one thing and steffy something else.
While I mostly watched the series while this season was airing, I never saw this episode. This is the first time I've seen Hope become realistic with Liam and spell things out for him. She recognizes that Liam's feelings for Steffy have deepened and she will not take this see-saw of relationship just because the seat is on her side at this moment. It's good that Wyatt's appearance made her stand up for herself. It's too bad that she didn't dump Liam right away for Wyatt. She should have completely shut the door on him and they should have written Wyatt as a more upstanding man.
It's ashame it took another man coming in for hope to realize she is worth more than being the woman of the moment for Liam. Steffy and her deserved better than that flip flopping sob
I really hate how much Rick skimmed to get Caroline away from Thomas only to throw her away like a piece of trash, he should've just let her be Thomas from the beginning. Smh 😒

She's the best with this character. It's hard for a newcomer to play a role that was surrounded with top storylines. Kim's wardrobe was amazing.
Caroline should get with Carter. She's more turned on by him than Maya is. Hope now has options so she's not that into Liam anymore.....or maybe she's not feeling Liam because there's no Steffy to beat to get him.

Liam went to Paris saying he wasn't ready to accept it was over and that they could work through this and still be together. Then when Steffy said no again he came back and said he was sure that he wanted a future with Hope. And he sees nothing wrong with that? That's the definition of her being the second choice.

This is a soap opera n a poorly imo written one. So in this writing lope are true love and soulmates. I agree liam n hope should fight harder to be or stay together but this is the writing. This writers like 2 keep same triangles goin for decades. I'm tired of it

What are you talking about? Steffy fought tooth and nail for Liam. She trapped Hope in a gondola, conspired with her brother in Cabo, and hid the truth of Bill's involvement in what happened in Italy. Yet Liam still chose Hope!

Then she only got him the second time around because Hope wanted nothing to do with him after Rick convinced her that Liam was cheating on her. You would think third time would be the charm, but even then Steffy only got him because Hope wasn't around anymore!
He tried to tell Hope and her mother that he needed time to deal with all of this but they just has to have him falling all over himself to be with Hope or he wasnt good enough. This was manipulative ass hell. Liam just found out another devistating factor in his marriage and instead of giving him some time to process it with her Hope goes in on him and wants him to take off his ring. I mean who would want that type of "support" from a woman that said she can be patient and to take all the time you need.
@Posi Tive I agree. Although I'm not a Hope fan, neither deserve a man with a divided heart. Even with the current episodes, Liam keeps telling Steffy he's there for her. Steffy is like no, you're here for Kelly. So glad the doctor has come.

If it was any other man, yes. But Liam put THEM through hell. And Hope made a good point. She simply said: As long as you wanna come back just because Steffy wants you to, I don't want no parts of you. He is waffling again. If Steffy comes back, it will be the same ordeal since he did not chose Hope over Steffy, he just settled for her after finding out that Steffy is no option.
Hope and Brooke always pushed Liam to be with Hope and never gave him time to process his losses with Steffy, but they refused to five him time. Their idea of patience was a matter of hours to get over steffy and the loss of his baby. Then they complain that he isn't over steffy
It's not stuck, it's because he lost his baby , he can't think right, if he really want Steffy , he would say the right words to Steffy or Stayed in Paris. Steffy kept saying Hope is your future, Liam never answer.

It's funny how Hope was fine with it before. Steffy lost the baby and there is nothing standing in their way. She accepted the sacrifice before. But Wyatt and that Spencer necklace got her rethinking her stance until 2018 when she is ok with Steffy's sacrifice, and sharing Liam's heart with Steffy and Kelly. Oh I forgot Kelly does not exist in Hope's world. SMDH

Whenever he can't have one woman, he runs to the other. This isn't true love, it's despair. Still, Steffy and Liam had better chemistry and a more exciting relationship from the start. Neesha Anthony I always hated how they suddenly changed Caroline’s personality in order to try to make this story work. They didn’t have to turn the previously sweet and principled Caroline into a vapid, spoiled, self-centered brat to explain why Rick wanted to dump her. There was no reason why he couldn’t have just been fascinated by Maya, developed feelings for her, and decided he wanted to pursue her. THEN it may have made sense for there to be some changes in Caroline’s personality. Losing love can make even the sweetest person do things they normally wouldn’t.

Mandy Rayner That isn’t what she said or meant. She was saying that LIAM was portraying Steffy leaving and telling him to be with Hope as a beautiful gift to him and that she could see that he admired her sacrificing her happiness for his.
In fact, she said she felt awful for Steffy. Despite their differences, Hope really does care about Steffy, and I actually believe that Steffy cares about Hope...deep down and in her own way.
