That guy on the electric bike should be reported. He could seriously hurt someone. Enjoyed the video very much. Generally speaking how deep are these canals? Regents canal ?
It is extremely dangerous, especially when there are kids around. They should really only be on roads and bike lanes. Police are starting to clamp down on it though, I have witnessed Police confiscating Electric Bikes from cyclists. The Canal isn't very deep (probably around 3 ft), but its very sludgy at the bottom and there might be a few rats to watch out for too.
