This has helped me so much when dealing and being in a toxic relationship/ environment. Listening to this allowed me to have a power and strenght to leave. Now im at peace. ❤
This has to be the hardest one for me. I find it so difficult to even listen, which lets me know that I am holding on toFear and Anxiety. But now I am letting go of all the feelings from my past which no longer serve me. I am safe. I am trusting the universe. All my emotions are opportunities for learning and growth. It is only a matter of time. Time is part of the alchemy required for change. Change is life. I am free to let go and heal and move on.

I just had the most incredible meditation experience with this! This is the second one from him that has given me a breakthrough 🙌🏽.. I’m literally tingling from head to toe. I grabbed the hand of my inner child and walked her into the most brilliant, radiant light , ( so full of peaceful energy) kissed her and told her, “ you are free” and watched her walk into it. Post meditation and found this! I am self-healing my inner child on the pain I absorbed my Mother's pain and suffering. Today I released that from my inner child's heart and my adult heart. ~ cleansed and released. Beautiful
Dear Kenneth, listening to you put me on a path that started to change my life about 3 years ago. Now I'm on fire and motivated to get up before 5 in the morning! During the day I think of so many of your affirmations and they make me smile. Example from yesterday was 'I like to plan because planning saves me a shit load of time' :)

I am slowly trying to learn how to rid myself of a constant fear that something will happen to me and I dont know where this fear came from. I hate how it makes me feel. Im usually tense due to anxiety. I want to be healed and be able to live without all of this which is holding me back. Im going to work on listening to this video for the 21 days. I go throughout the same. I started having major trauma after getting clean and becoming spiritual I have had numerous bad and anxiety issues with ptsd and add. I’m 37 and I am scared of everyone trying to get me in trouble or accuse me of things that are not true. And this is buy a whole city and it’s constitutes and I was being assaulted and harrassed and I got an emergency housing to move and it hasn’t helped Everywhere I go it seems people always want to bother us or hang out like teenagers. We’re older and have been through hell and no one knows are buisiness but wants to know our buisiness and I have a girl basically married for 15 years and the females in the place have already tried to get into our relationship and made us fight bc they put things in her head then she realizes what’s being done but she has become viscous and idk if anyone else has had low libido and loss of sex drive or thoughts of sex please lmk. I have gone 6 years without a thought. It feels like a big chore and I have had abuse in past but this started when they found some crystals in urine and now I have forming stones and low test and it’s causing paranoid anxiety and stress and depression and I don’t know what to do. Cialis made me piss my pants at an atm. It’s expensive so idk. Idk even if I do get any urge I get fear and my brain shuts it off and I’m afraid of something that idk It’s like an empty chest and heavy body and I get a tingling sensation on the top of my head but I can’t find the spot but I have brain fog. I had vertigo and dizziness an infection on neck with black goo stuck under a cyst that turned to ulcer. They said I had staff with ringworm and it was wrong. I got yeast infections in mouth and now I have scar tissue and keloids next to where brain and spine meet. This was also time I lost all urges. I have a weak bladder but I always pee and have to go back to empty more. No uti. Idk wtf is wrong but no one wants to help. I’m on methadone also and that’s no good but it don’t explain the constant trauma on outside and it’s non stop people injections like a spike protein and hurting my family. Idk why we are so fun to be around bc we are always miserable. And people like people that make them feel better and seeeing others suffer
I am tense and worried about the same things and my health everyday you are not alone. I need to find a better medication and have faith one exists. I have to hold out suffering until then, once again.

I fall asleep 2 this and wake up 2 play it again...for a week now. I pray this helps 2 reprogram my subconscious so much pain and suffering...the anger is overwhelming..i need too put it all down. Lower vibrations will make your mind body and spirit sick. Thank you so much for this video...the words are like food for the mind and spirit.🙏💕

So thankful i found this video. I am dealing with this issues right now. People who did this to me do not understand the personal boundary. I cannot stand being disrespected by them specially the one who betrayed and lied to me and caused me pain, suffering, fear, anger, anxiety. This person is very manipulative to the point where i feel like i am voiceless and i am very angry with this person. I will no longer let myself allow to become a victim again. I will not undervalue myself anymore or walk on an eggshell. I will never trust this traitor anymore.

Yesterday I hit a breaking point. It happens as this is a very unforgiving time in my life. I do my best, but sometimes I cannot hold back the pain, the sorrow, the overwhelming fear of hopelenessness that lives beneath the surface of every moment. I had to stop, give up the day to heal.
I am just beginning this day. It is important for me to absorb the power that is, that I AM. Today I am strong In my purity. I am good, and want only good. I find what i need. Time manifests my reality as i become responsibility for my own journey. I know the reality i deserve.
