All of my life I have suffered with anxiety and stress. It's gotten So bad that it has stopped certain natural cycles. Your videos and calming voice are changing all of that. Thanks for sharing Sarah, I also have suffered from anxiety! It can make life very difficult at times to say the very least. Having said that I'm finding that Meditations have been a blessing! I hope that in the near future doctor's in the West will start using more alternative medicine other then a quick fix with a pill! Not that some people need to take a medication, I'm not knocking that fact. My only hope is the practice of alternative medicines can be practiced more openly with the general public. For some, they may not make a big difference, but all my life since a young child I have been told that I never measure up, I am not good enough, and many other deep verbal & emotional scarring from years of abuse...so these videos made a BIG difference to me, and they are much appreciated! :-)
