My first car was a 66 Plymouth Satellite convertible. I bought it at the age of 15 and worked on it to get it running properly. It was a midwestern rust bucket but damn if it didn’t feel and look good from the drivers seat with the top down.
I love your Coronet, it looks great. I couldn’t agree more about the car looking better, more correct with a the proper wheels and caps. I am biased, I also have a white 66 Coronet 440, mine with the tan interior, which I’ve owned since 1979. Seeing your car going down the road is further motivation for me to finish my restoration, about 70% done. Thanks.
every major car build has at least one minor tragedy --- that's my favorite l 440 model ever, the color and bodywork look perfect along with the rims and interior --- the original 383 is the cherry on top.
