How beautiful! We’re very interested in your new life in Japan.Could you do a video explaining how the American dollar compares to Japanese currency? How every day bills compare like light bills,do they have car insurance? How much is loaf of bread? That kinda stuff would be interesting to know if you have the time

Hey!
I’ll definitely touch on all of this in a future video, but to give you a bit of insight:
So far, I have only been grocery shopping on base because it is most convenient and the products I’m used to are there. I will say that the produce is much more expensive here even on base. I paid $2.39 USD each for green bell peppers that I would normally get for maybe .79 USD each in the States just yesterday!
The general feedback I’ve received is that grocery stores off base can be expensive, but I definitely plan to test this theory out myself!
