✎ After service in the US Army in which he left as an officer in 1969, he received a BS degree in Business Administration. Upon leaving college, he worked in real estate, and then joined Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis and subsequently Bear Stearns. In 1982, he founded Great Western Resources Inc. with $820, a Houston-based natural resource company. Pena owned around 10 percent shares of GWRI when he left in 1992 and subsequently had 4.5% in 1994. In 2003 Pena made Guthrie Castle available for public bookings after nearly twenty years of work. He has business interests in the Philippines, where he is founder and chairman of iZone Technologies. Pena is also an American philanthropist, having supported different charities such as the Holy Family Foundation and Missionaries of Charity. In 2004 he published Why Litigation Is Nothing More Than A Business Tool - 26 Unbreakable Rules of Litigation. In April 2014, he published Dan Pena's $50 Billion QLA eBook, a free eBook. From October 2012 to January 2015, Pena ran a series of podcasts on Podbean and iTunes.

"You can't save anything without money!" I hadn't really thought of it like that before but it's so obvious. My dream is to eliminate homelessness and that's going to take a lot of coin. Great video Evan.
noble intent but not a practical goal. there will always be homeless simple for 2 reasons. 1) many cant hold a stable basic life reguardless of what you do. 2) if you solve the problem for them then they wont value what they EARN. I am homeless in philly and I wouldn't let you help me id rather earn it.

It's not about saving everyone, but at least a few. My goal is to spay all animals where I live. Would it be possible? Hell no, but if I can spay half, i succeeded! And, yes we need a lot of money if we want to help.
Provide them jobs and make them productive members of society 👏

Hi Evan, I conceived my invention one week before the establishment I was working for was to close. My wife my family no one believed on it or me. I emptied my bank account, sold my 81 corvette and anything of value to file my utility patent. I now own an amazing unique product featured in a global report. he mentor's you a year for 20k. The thing is you can only do it if you have something going for you, then it is worth it. Otherwise you can invest your 20k another way.

Renzor the Red Bruh you miss the whole point of dan. He's not a philosopher, he's a businessman that knows how to get things fuckin done! Stop looking to him for something "deep" you've got to be slow if you think your going to get that. Take his advice and watch you life change.
What advice? Get shit done? Just get crackin? That's what I'm saying. There's not much practical advice in all of the videos I've watched of his (and I've watched a lot). Just stories and rah rah stuff about buckling down. Strictly motivational. That said, I do really like the guy, and I'm drawn to listening to him, but how much of what he has to say is really useful? I'm sure he teaches useful business concepts at his seminars and such, but all of his public appearances are just to draw people into going to the castle, I suppose...
Renzor the Red Well what you obviously can't comprehend is that is the foundation, the basics. That is what he would say on all his appearances. Why, because that is the first time people see him. You admit you are drawn in by it. He knows what he is doing. And I wonder why he says all those things on the first place? The answer is because they fucking work! If you look at all the videos on this channel nearly every top ten list is the exact same no matter bill gates or dan Pena. It's not philosophy, it's what works.
he actually speaks in a lot of detail....lookup his videos Dan Lok uploaded....he tells you exactly how to get bank loans and get experienced business partners.
He probably gives the most details out of all these guys on youtube.

Automating and robotizing around their workforce to achive labor flexibility and invest heavily in skills upgrading of their workers systematically. Designing their assembly lines to be modular, scalable, upgradable, changeable, maintenance-free, repair-free, trouble-free for it is designed to last as long it exist. The reason is quite obvious, all generations of Japanese are intensively educated about the history of WW II and the effects it has on Japanese industry when supplies of raw materials were exhausted so it make sense to design things to last as long as it exist.
