I was actually super surprised ….I preferred the dresses from the smaller first store! I’ve always loved the say yes to the dress….but I loved the personal attention Taylor got at the i first store and what was picked was spot on!! 💕
Shoutout to Mama squirrel for getting us the angles! I loved how involved the lady with the curly hair was she definitely was getting all the pictures ❤ like you said hun listen to YOUR heart and make sure the dress is perfect for YOU. Ppl pleasers like myself can really hurt our own feelings going with the crowd favorites, instead of what we want, but babe this is YOUR day, bump all the noise and do you boo!! Watching those scenes at Kleinfeld's with the big open area and all the people milling about and looking at you made me feel very stressed. And I wasn't even there! The other 2 places seemed way more pleasant and calm. I liked the dresses the best at the 3rd place.
Yeah, it is quite big and can make you feel like at a dog show when everyone watches and scores you 😢
The Kleinfields place seems like you are paying more for the hype of the tv show. The designer coming out was nice, but seems like part of a sales pitch to me. I honestly love the beautiful simplistic but elegant spaghetti strap lacy dress from the first place the best and I imagine it has a more reasonable price tag❤

That was so fascinating! I never did a formal wedding dress but it's so cool to see what's out there. I loved my wedding outfit--vintage 50's pink linen coat, modern pink linen floral garden party dress, and pink mary janes. I carried a vintage lucite bag and wore vintage lucite and rhinestone jewelry. It was very me LOL. Although Kleinfeld's atmosphere was too busy and noisy, I will say that their dresses were exceptionally beautiful, especially the one at 18 minutes in. That sort of 1950s Audrey look really suits you! But you looked gorgeous in every single dress, tbh! The third place was so calm and relaxing and their dresses were exquisite as well. I can't wait to see what you chose! Thanks so much for taking us along!

I personally see you in more of a pouffy skirt dress even though the mermaid style looks great on your figure it doesn't scream Taylor/princess to me. Also, the stark white ones made your skin glow, unlike the slightly off-white ones. And completely agree with you, the visible boning ones (although beautiful), don't say timelessly classic to me.

Agree with all your points. A full skirt is just such a princess look, so romantic! I loved Princess Diana's dress. That and there's something about real silk. It glows in a way synthetic fabrics can never do.

Taylor! Obviously you look incredible in everythinggggg! So excited for you to enjoy this experience! The ones from Spina Bride are so especially gorgeous. I dress shopped in NYC and went to so many freaking dress shops. I thought I found "the one" so many times. I almost bought a dress from Spina Bride - like got the invoice and everything. and then I watched back the video on the subway ride home of myself walking in it and not standing on the platform and I didn't like it! So pro tip - take pics and video - standing on and off the platform and walking. Have funnnn!

If I really had to choose, the third corset ballgown that u kept walking around the store in from kleinfeld is the one. Very french and big and princess at the ball. It just looks so you!

The one that looks prettiest on you is the all lacy one at the first place. The one you said might not be grand enough. I think it's perfect. Simplicity is better, although I really did not see it as simplistic. It was very elegant and classy without being too busy.❤

What a beautiful day for you, Taylor!! It really is such a special and memorable day! I remember trying on my dresses like it was yesterday. I was living in downtown Chicago and purchased my gown from Exclusives for the Bride. I tried on many dresses in the city and ended up deciding on the first dress I tried on that day. I could not get it out of my mind. It was a Givenchy Couture. Exclusives was having a Givenchy trunk show that day. It was so gorgeous and it was hand made in France and then shipped to Chicago for my fitting. No regrets. My pictures are so pretty and I am so glad that I chose a dress that was timeless. You looked beautiful in every dress! Can’t wait to see what you ultimately decide for your special day!

I think she is a modern Grace Kelly indeed. At first, I thought clean lines like what Audrey Hepburn would wear, but 50s classic lace, taffeta mix updated would be nice. I forgot, It is not our wedding…lol.

What a nice experience, thanks for taking us along! You look great in all of them. I am personally not a fan of lingerie-style corsets for a wedding dress, but that's just me. I thought the "red carpet" one at the first store was magical. Have you thought about visiting the outlet outside of New York (you took us there once) to see if some designer has some fabolous wedding dress there for you? Assuming they even have wedding dresses, there.

Had so much fun watching this! I think my fave was that very simple classic one with no lace or embellishment. It looked very classic 1950s or 60s and timeless. I loved it. It reminds me of my dress except my dress was short. However I also can see you in tule and lace. I know you will make the perfect decision!
I think that was the one I liked best too, though I admit I enjoy sparkles!
Ditto a fan of classic, timeless and elegant but it clearly is a trend the lingerie style to expose the boning and expose more skin. Since you wear every style well it will be a tough decision no doubt.

Wow Taylor! You are a modern day Grace Kelly (4:23, 13:04, 19:56, 25:30)! I agree with everyone in the comments: you should be a wedding dress model, I have never seen anyone wear every single dress so perfectly! No wonder Kleinfeld put you front and center and the designer specifically came over to speak with you! The dress at (25:05) reminded me of a take on vintage Schiaparelli and you wore it like a Queen (although I don’t see it as the final choice lol). My favorite part was from (3:14-3:19) the glowing look between you and your mom! 💕🎉

Let me give you a very important tip for a strapless dress. When you have your fittings, make sure your waist at your hips is a tad tight. That is what is going to hold your dress up, and will keep from you tugging it up all night. Also your dress will stretch as the night goes on so make sure you feel a bit snug at the beginning of the day. It is not a given that seamstresses will just do this they will generally let you lead the fit. Not so tight you can’t breathe of course just a good nip at the waist. Most people think the bust is what holds it up , but it is the waist. I hate watching a bride tug on her dress all day. Also maybe add some snap on straps for end of the day dancing, they don’t have to come with the dress, maybe just some pearl or beaded ones you can snap in for worry less getting down on the dance floor😉😂
