Not from mlbb but they r old vpn players from other servers they have more exp compare yo new players so even if u play mlbb this can be hard game for u since this game need more map awarenness.

I played this game for 2 days and already have 25 heroes and multiple skins. This game is pretty generous ngl. And I also use Milady as my main. She's perfect for people with slow hand like me. I'll never abandon ML since I already invested a lot of money to my skin collection. But learning something new is always a fun experience.
Same here. HoK is fun. But ML is much more fun. ML graphics may not be as detailed as HoK but it makes the clash easier to look at.

Get a Dolia user since You can Basically split push with milady(make sure you use her Summon skill first follow up with ultimate then let Dolia reset your ultimate then Use ult again to "reset" the damage for tower) trust me it guaranteed destroys towers in late game or Early

Actually You heard the wrong story........... Angela of HOK was from 2015 older than MLBB anniversary........ It was actually MLBB born on 2016 and released same hair as Angela...... And Angela name was used first in HOK........... Same skills as Chang'e also if I remember Chang'e isn't released on 2016 she was added on 2018 or 17.................and now the HOK you come to know is about bringing Chinese version HOK into English version HOK and HOK have more skin's than MLBB and still many heroes haven't released.......

I tried HOK for a few hours amd here's the thing that I found;
1. You can inform ur skills and ur enemies skill or spell cooldown by dragging message icon
2. There's alot of free heroes and skin, I only played 2 match and already obtained more than 7 heroes.
3. The turret damage not as high as the MLBB does, I stayed in the turret about 5s and still have half of my hp
4. You can try all the skins in custom
5. You get maxed emblem (here it called arcana) for a month
3.) Man it's really hard to defend yourself alone if u squishy. They made diving easier on a lot of ways.
@@rRemains just buy splendor as a early game item also these mages have invicibility which allows them to gain higher survival ambush rate:
1. Lady Zhen (1st skill with 300 range AOE explosion when ends)
2. Yang Yuhuan (ultimate with heal)
3. Shangguan (purify ultimate)
4. Mozi (dps stun in ultimate)
5. Zhang Liang (only mage that has suppression on his ultimate)
6. Mai Shiranui (dash ultimate knockback)
7. Angela (immediately cancel her ultimate)
8. Heino (his ultimate can revive the base when the "Defeat" banner is about to occur, watch youtube videos or download HoK to see)
Edit: some of them are not invicibility but allows them to survive any ambush specially against Lanling and Sima Yi. (other junglers can ambush too but they're just too nimble to escape which makes the HoK fun and competitive)
Each match is very fast paced

@@haenzochiko4818 Mainly because there aren't any turrets protections like in MLBB, so with 1-2 outplays on your lane enemy, you can practically destroy T2 in below 3-min with most characters.
Not really a bad thing especially for a new MOBA that tries to keep the players engaged, but at some point in the future they HAVE to change that, otherwise it'll make most strategies obsolete since it'll be decided by who stomp in early game (remember that time in MLBB when MM were COMPLETELY UNVIABLE just because the games ended way too fast for them to come online ?)
I hope HoK will prevail way harder than WR did. Moonton need to step down from their throne of ego and starts listening to the players. Perhaps they will finally give new premium skins/buffs to other heroes than the usual 20 favourites, and more creativity too!

They give skins to the 20 favorites heroes because those are the player's favorite heroes 😂. They ARE listening to the players, at least in terms of which hero have more skin

I have played ML for 6 years, and honestly I think HoK is so much fun, the heroes mechanics is cool and nice, the game feels more competitive instead of just waking straight without thinking like ML

They also have a tank thats like a combo of mino and tigreal
Skin quality and hero balance is subjective. What HoK has CLEAR ADVANTAGE in is in the quickchat. They have EVERY QUICKCHAT ML has, plus these:
1) if you recall while low on HP/mana, a button to ping "I'm low on mana/health" will appear
2) if an enemy uses their battle spell in your screen, a button to ping "no heal/flicker/retri" will appear
3) you can drag the chat button towards a bush to ping "I saw someone here"
4) you can ping your skill CD and active items CD in addition to your ult and battle spell

God I remember getting her and absolutely *lemon face-ing* myself when I read her skill description. Basically spawns annoying critters that all kamikazes your enemies
There is no counter play as they don't have high HP but explodes very quickly , you just pray the user is lagging
And you can push tower without minion with her skill,its fcking stupid
She kinda falls off at late game. Also she's a good tower pusher since she can use her ult at towers

I've been playing for 5 years and currently mythical honor in mlbb I just played HOK for about 7 days and I avoid being toxic so the community and players wont turn like the plain mlbb servers and I like players just having a great time without anyone spamming recall, spamming emotes and using even the nicest fast chat into a taunt. And I wish the HOK community can protect the wholesomeness of players from arriving new players from other MOBA like MLBB.

Man, learning and especially grinding in MLBB during that first months of playing were PAINFUL. I still remember doing MM build on Aurora for the same reason as the old Nana though, good times.
That's largely the reason why i never bother to try other MOBAs, the grinding is still exhausting even with all the freebies. I mean, even though i'm interested to play in MLBB's adv server for its fresh, weekly balance patches, the dread of grinding BPs all over again just makes me anxious

So here's my favorites about playing HOK:
1. One thing that I noticed is that some water themed heroes have skills or passives that can be used infinitely used in the river,I found this out when I played Lam as a Jungler and the mermaid girl which I don't remember the name of, she's fun to play and quite cute whenever I hear her sing using the first skill!
2. This is by far the only game where I can actually be a pro Zilong player because the version of Zilong here reminds me of a mixture of Julian,Minsithar and Alpha's skills put into this hero which surprised me 😂
3. Jungling, it's so much easier than it is on ML just based on my experience,I can clear faster from how I've been playing a few matches as a jungler and I can focus on my jungle better before I actually gank,comparer to ML,ganking lanes is easy in this game especially if you have high mobility heroes as junglers!
4. The graphics and effects in this game is just so peak and beautiful,even at their base skins,they have very great effects and it's so epic to see and there are just a few heroes in this game that hasn't had good effects on their basic skins-
5. Lastly,I had an easier time playing this by literally just doing the hero roles rotation in MLBB,and learning the heroes is quite easy and fun even when you haven't played them yet,just play them for the first time and you'll learn easily after a few minutes in the match,and I can already start to notice how some players in this game literally rotates on lanes like an ML player would 😂😂😂

1. That mermaid girl is Doria! She's my main and ever since I saw her teaser, I've been using her by a lot. Her ult is very op bdw.
5. I saw some lam gameplays thinking it would be hard for a slow hand like me, but when i tried it, the hero was surprisingly quite easy to play, i also like milady, the one that hororo used, alessio??, and this hero that resembles axe in dota, idk his name

HoK has been available to PH too! And i pre registered because of your vid! And i gotta say, they give you a LOT of rewards if you pre registered.. and the matchmaking is fair so far. It's a fun alternative to ML if youre on a lose streak.

This game got a lot of potential, some of the skill mechanics is close to Wild Rift. Not to mention they are generous with freebies from the get go. I enjoyed playing Layla errr the mage Angela.

As an older player im getting really tired of the toxicity in MLBB and it has been a refreshing change of pace and peaceful playing HoK so far 😊
dont try use zhang liang to interrupt exp lane, when they 1vs1. I always got toxicity by enemy exp lane for interrupt their 1vs1 a lots 😂. This happen when you reach diamond lll or high rank. But their toxicity is not that worst compare to mlbb
I really like HOK. Most of their heroes are from the real characters from chiense histrorical figures like prince of lanling. It's so fun to play HOK and they are very generous with the free skins and heroes. ❤
I play 3 moba' right now, MLBB, Wild Rift and the newest addition, HoK. HoK is actually good, and it's definitely more fast paced than MLBB (which could be a turn-off for some players because MLBB's matches are already pretty fast paced), plus they have some good modes like a dedicated 1v1 mode.
Some of the heroes are just copies of League heroes, but I can say there are A LOT more unique heroes here than MLBB. One example is there is a mage (forgot his name) that set the ground on fire and then is able to spread it more using wind. Overall good moba, can definitely compete with MLBB if they just improve the bad things about it (like some heroes have outdated graphics). Also Wild Rift is steadily getting better,one cause being the Arena Mode. So looks like MLBB will get higher competitions soon, which I hope because good competition = good games.

Hok's matchmaking system sucks more than mlbb's. They sometimes matched me with a squad when I was playing solo. Sometimes, they match me with higher tiered players like master(when I was at diamond ).

This prooves u need practice........try to know the game first and yesterday only game is released....you'll find many pro player's in low rank because there are Chinese people there like us who have been playing for years.......but I have installed till now.........and as we got information there are many skin's given for free we are also joining soon.......

If the tier you got matched in is only a league higher above yours, then that’s a you problem
If not, something is def wrong here.
@leonmystique9372 In mlbb, they will only match you with higher tiers if you are playing duo,trio or a squad. They will hardly match you with higher tier ranks if you are solo. And it is usually when you have a winstreak.
The matchmaking in Season 5 was horrible. I started a week or two before season 5 and I was getting matched with completely new teammates where my enemy were 1 year or global players🤣
But it's easier than Wild Rift and heroes r fun

*Doria, Yaria, Cirrus, Diao Chan and Luara are my comfort picks atm. Plus, I super love the map and they got a lot of creeps as well. I also like the in-game chats. And the game is very generous bdw, giving free skins (not just basic skins but rare and epics too!) and free heroes almost everyday. Overall, HOK is really refreshing to play imo.*

i never thought they would come out on playstore. But as a chinese player that play Hok chinese version is actually good to let other country try the game. BUT not surprise by tencent as always
Have to agree this game is WAY MORE FUN and definitely Top Tier Moba comparing it to MLBB. And definitely cheaper skins and great in game effects. And yes, any hero has a unique skill effect, skinned or not. And quite easy to play and matchmaking is also good so far.

hahaha I tried this game but I dont like the announcer and the emotes (you'll get piss when they spam you with MLBB's emote becoz of the sound 😂) graphic wise its good but there's always something in MLBB that you look forward to. I think this is the reason why they give a lot of freebies in MLBB today and they keep improving the maps and heroes. Well I like the new revamp map of MLBB looks clean and neat. 😂
Get back cus u grind in ml a lot if u grind HOK hard enough all the epic legends skin that r free after Playing for 3,4 months u wont be able to leave same for every game cus we player knows how hard grinding in game is.
Seconded about the graphic part. I don't know why, but the in-game animations in MLBB just feel different than most mobile MOBAs, specifically the heroes' movements. The environments also feel more vibrant and bright, but those are probably because i'm used to MLBB for so long (others are either too dark like WR or too bland like HoK here)
I think they will just try the game like me in LoL WR I played couple of months and went to Emeral I then I got bored coz I really find that it's a time consuming game and will hurt my eyes for just 2-3 game coz it will take like 28 mins in one gameplay and thats rare in MLBB. The skins are great but most of the heroes will receive the same type of skin line and yeah they will not do collab but in MLBB it will freshen up the game it nice to see like that.

I used to play HoK, but I already left this game since 5 years ago due to not as fun as MLBB. Even though their ELO matchmaking system and skin prices same as MLBB, more storage used compared to MLBB, but I'm still leaving HoK and staying in MLBB, thinking that MLBB is more fun to play due to heroes skill differences and counter system, and AT LEAST the MLBB developer tried to listen to players feedback while HoK developers were NOT cuz they only care about making expensive skins and earn more money (To me, at least I saw MLBB had improvements and still have to make them better lol)

They will never roam, their skill always missed and waste their ultimate for nothing. And they will be in the mid with Mid laner for the rest of the game and they always and ALWAYS clear the lame while the rest of the team taking the one of the Objective either it's Tyrant or Overlord

I saw an ad about them talking trash about mlbb. I tried it, it's honestly not that good. The gameplay and free skins/heroes are fine but the matchmaking bro💀 alot of bots. And its honestly more fun seeing players trash talk each other rather than just a boring gameplay.
You obviously did not play enough. There are no bots other than like first 2 games. Matchmaking only takes literally a second to match with actual players on peak hours.
If you don't have any other idea of good gameplay other than trash talk then that speaks for itself. A pity.
Of course it's full of bots when you're newbie if you play a lot at least reach platinum rank you will meet full of real player

I don't know why but whatever I build I got bursted down easily. Like some heroes' only first ability shreds my half hp. And about tower dives are easy. There is no protection from towers and their damage is weak
Exactly why I use the support that has AOE crowd control immunity, the guy that rides the giant fish (forgot his name). I realized that CC is the meta in this game and he basically negates that and makes team fights way more favourable

HoK is already big in most asia countries mainly china and malaysia. the only thing i dislike about hok is the graphics, like man are they eye piercing. i like mlbb simple and smooth graphics without the extra skill effects, i cant even see

I don't know since im still new in hok but it seems the mechanics are more easier than ml its like the most convenient moba game mixed from mlbb and lol. Imo the easiest is hok medium is mlbb and hardest is lol. Also im low mythic glory on mlbb so i guess it's pretty easy for the start of the game. Biron seems to match my main dyrroth so I'm gonna main him.

And so many heroes having enhanced basic attack because HOK tries so hard to make them complicated that it results in trash heroes that have no purpose or goal in the design and only their to be complicated and even then it's not even close to being as hard as fanny,gusion,kagura in all HOK all you need is knowledge and a little skill in ml you need little knowledge and skill
