Hello I'm watching this video from Kansas city & I noticed that the Mustang has Chevrolet rally wheels on it,I know that mustangs didn't come with rally wheels, someone must've took of the original wheels & put on those Chevrolet rally wheels
Well.. while i can see that restoration would be difficult, but the process of making the car looks naturally broke down, abandoned and rusty is another great work. Good job
My guess is many of these people doing these videos give them to their friends to weather and just bring them back after when they think they weathered it enough.
I onwed the real deal back in August of 1967 I just turned 20 my husband bought it for me for my birthday it was candy apple 🍎Red what a car your bringing back lots of memories
Dude I’m so tired of people on purpose destroying model cars to look like there been buried in swaps or in dirt .then magically they have all new rims and tires. Windshields . All brand new parts. Hmm I wonder if they bought 2 die cast cars.
Yeah I’ve seen diecast cars that have been abandoned outside for years and they usually just end up with all the paint worn off and the plastics all screwed up
Some people purposely destroy die cast cars and do some rust, moss, etc. for Junkyard Diorama. And all cars that he restore might came from Junkyard Dioramas
This car had so much power it's self into you do great work I had so many toy cars I've sold a lot of them now I wish I would have capped some of my car's and trucks keep up the great work you are doing 👍🏆
Beautiful Pony! There are other colors besides "Red!" And, so as to not overtighten, I would screw the final screws the old fashioned way! Again, a real beaut!
Excellent work. And the model itself was very interesting -- lots of screws to hold the chassis, body, rear panel in place. Also, you can tell from the wheels that it was very high quality to begin with.
Had to smile seeing this. 1968, May, reenlisted into the military. Got a bonus for "re-upping". " Gonna buy a 68 "Stang ". Gonna be RED, fast back, 289 V8 four on the floor, black interior. The 69 year had just began arriving to the dealers. There was no red fast back to be found. So I settled on a coupe and was happy. About a month later driving home I spotted a 68 fastback red sitting in a used car lot. This was around july. I stopped and got out and looked at the car, lol.....black interior.....4 on the floor....289 V8. I looked at my wife and she could tell I was thinking "WHY ME?
Looks much better than it did. Next time, paint the underside of the body as well. Also, paint more than one coat, but paint each coat much thinner. You’ll end up with much more depth in the appearance and higher, more realistic gloss.
Hats off! Dude, you are simply awesome! I'm subscribing then I'm going to binge watch your entire channel! I'm a 61 year young retired disabled Army tank commander. Raised on the family farm in Caribou, Maine. I'm unable to participate in the things that gave me great joy and pride...I sure do miss it. So, lately I've been living vicariously through UA-camrs, it's not the same but it's better than suicide! Really though, you do marvelous work and I can't wait to start watching the rest of your videos!
I would appreciate both: -making it looked like it's naturally being destroyed -turn it into a beauty once more I owned some model cars, and sometimes there were accidents when handling them. His vidoes showed me that any damage can be fixed (including the ones we made ourselves).
@@craigcaldwell9181 bro did not come in here with the old English. First, the car looks deliberately sawed in half. Second, the plastic pieces have rust on them. Plastic doesn’t rust. The video is supposed to imitate a real car restoration, and I’d say he did a good job. So you should keep your ignorant and senseless replies to yourself, you bumbling hag.
Looks like it was sawed apart on purpose. I don't know why people break things just to restore them. Why don't you find an actual broken down model and restore it?
It very clearly was. Plus, pot metal does not rust. He makes things look way worse than they are for the views... Just look at the bike restoration. The plastic tank is covered in rust 🤦
@@Battlegris it's supposed to mimic a real abandoned car and look like they restored a real one. They're not trying to make you think it's a real old car
It a challenge for him he know he can fix it Put the car in dirty over a month to ruin the paint cut it up os looks it found and restored it ebay you find broken cars But not like that way he should put he skill Fix real car real take more time.
The last thing I do to my model cars is give them a good coat of Future Floor polish stuff. It goes on with a brush and gives the car a super glossy finish and really makes the windows super clear. When that dries, put a little wax and buff and the car will be slick as glass, be careful not to drop the model as it will be super slick.
Ele mesmo cortou a parte dianteira para parecer difícil. Notem como o local da ruptura está totalmente diferente do restante do veículo, praticamente novo, mostra que foi separado recentemente. Eu não gostei disso.
i thought it looked cool as it was. it's exactly what you might find in a junk yard: cut frame, patina, different color door from another stang, etc. Ready to cannibalize for a project car. In fact, I can picture a display of it sitting next to a fully restored Bullitt 68 fastback. Good job.
Love the vid. Thank you for not making a music vid. I love just watching and listening to the raw work just as if I was there. Cool how you joined the body back together. I wasn't sure if the butt joint on the frame would work or not, but appears the glue worked.

Never thought of it that way.

@@SophiaAphrodite not on this one, he took the time to spray things like the engine with a weathering paint
@The odd ones Videos You can tell it's a fresh break but it doesn't take away from the good work just makes it look unscrupulous .
@Arie death VideosI agree but to each their own. Value is in the eye of the beholder.

not gonna lie, I always like seeing them abandoned because it could be a good showcase
Nice restoration
That toy was expensive then. To many details, you have the right touch to restore things, nice job.
This Canadian is impressed!!! It looks like it just came out of the box!!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I kinda agree, since it looks like the metal repair seam is visible still at 11:37 then gone completely when color is sprayed
@@bellyisis Agreed. This looks too beaten up to be true. I've never seen a model look like a life size car barn find. Bit of a fake...
It’s the same diecast as he’s painting it you can see the two pins he put in to hold it together
Some people purposely destroy die cast cars and do some rust, moss, etc. for Junkyard Diorama. And all cars that he restore might came from Junkyard Dioramas
As the owner of a 67 fastback, I totally approve this video. That was awesome!
Crazy how much detail goes into these little cars.
Everything is rusted the same way. All comes off with no problem. Nothing breaks. Incredible!
How does he do it?) Cool restoration!
great job👍👍😘
It makes me wonder how the Mustang got chopped in half and you superbly repaired it you can not notice it was ever badly damaged well done
Крутая модель! Детализация супер.
Не супер, а заебца.
Imagine if real world cars were this easy. 1 tool takes the whole thing apart
I like how he added the engine sound at the end! 👍😁👉ALRIGHT, let's hop in and go for a ride!! LOL! 👍😁🤘(watching from California)
Look at that thing man, broken chassis and all on a diecast car!! That was awesome creativity!!...On the bottom of the car and all!!
Top de mais ❤❤❤

Sweet looking restoration. Turned out beautiful. Love watching the sandblasting.
Sem palavras, simplesmente perfeito.🚗🌍🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Assisto do Brasil, tive um carrinho deste quando criança, tinha bozina e acendia os 2 farois, era show. Belo trabalho !
What a gorgeous detailed model.
Super👍
Very nice video I'm Youssef Miringi photography maker I like this one
That's an awesome detailed model to begin with, even before the restoration !
Nicely done !
I was hoping to find out who manufactured the model.
Great toy model.
@Trainfan862 Thank you for pointing it out. Keen eye and attention to detail.
The weathering job you did to this car looked better. Just don't break it in half next time.

I was hoping for a Bullitt transformation, but the red is fantastic too
Simplesmente demais, muoto lindo 👏👏👍👍😄😄
I thought it looked cool the way it was, like it had been sitting in a junkyard for 30 years.
Beautiful restoration good job well done
asombrosa restauración!! :) SALU2 DESDE ECUADOR!!!
I love how it turned out at the end I like the GT but I'm in love with the 67 and 68 GT500

Parabens pelo trabalho! Muito bom 👏🏻👏🏻
Amazing Restoration work
tudo armação, ele mesmo danifica e depois arruma.. é nítido
And??
Is anyone else bugged by the Chevy rally wheels on a mustang? Lol awesome work btw
companies used to care about what they sold. This is an amazing toy.
the car was better before restoration, rust and dust made it a piece of decoration art.
Great workmanship..👍✌🇺🇸
Should've painted those window vents black.
I agree
Great restoration! However, I would have kept the original rims! 😉
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
That crow sound was really natural .... 😅
I was expecting a tiny model mouse nest behind the door card, or in the engine bay somewhere. This is hilarious and brilliant 😄
Outstanding!
Love the miniature cordless drill
One more fine job Very Nice

When the model is made better than the real car lol.
WOW 👏 excellent 👏 work !!! 👀
Now all you need to do is paint it British racing green and put a Steve McQueen action figure in it
Beautiful 😍😍😍😍👌
El carro está partido en dos; lo van a unir para su restauración; va a quedar cómo nuevo; saludos y buenas noches.
