- This webinar will define important spectrum and time waveform parameters for a successful gear analysis. The attendee will learn proper Gear Meshing Frequency (GMF) calculations, how to calculate shaft rotational speeds and the importance of gear tooth counts. The attendee will also learn how to set proper frequency band alarms for gear box trending.
Presenter: Dan Ambre, PE, is the founder and principal engineer at Full Spectrum Diagnostics. The FSD Machinery Analysis Division specializes in Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) and Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) machinery diagnostics. Our Vibration Training and Certification Division makes use of these unique analyses by incorporating them into our course materials for a “real-life” training experience. - Розваги
very, very,very, cool
very, very, very nise
In regard to the untraceable trend problems caused by variation in load, RPM, and even oil temperature, data-driven method like machine learning could be a real crucial helpful tool.
Thanks for uploading - this video is very interesting
@10:45 you say that the reason we are checking responses of the first 3 harmonics is that there are 3 forces occurring per tooth pass? Why are you attributing each pulse to a different harmonic response?
The sliding in, rolling and sliding out pulses each occur the same number of times per cycle so their excitation frequency is the same.
If we extend the analysis range to 4.25xGMF, we would see another characteristic response at 4xGMF, by your logic this is caused by a 4th pulse phenomenon?
Is this the first ever engineering fake news or am I misunderstanding? :D
Please may you clear up on this point, thanks very much
May i know the amplitude should be in acceleration or velocity?
Russian subtitre???
You have to Activate the CC and then go to the settings and subtitles and auto translate and select your language I tried Spanish it works
