Now we’re talking,. HP upgrade !!! Don’t get me wrong I like the ATV videos but now it’s a party... FUFUFUFUFUFUFWooooosh !! LOVE THAT SOUND.. The new exhaust has a deeper more throaty sound.. Can’t wait to hear it going down the trail.. ❄️❄️❄️
That’s a nice sled I’m jealous, I have a 1997 Ski Doo summit 670 and wish I could ride it more. Here in Utah we don’t get as much snow as we used to get.
I have the same sled and 195 tune on a 2019 I bought used. I have not even driven it yet. Can you do an update on your sled for this season? Interested in the muffler and gear swap! And to see your performance.
Very nice!! I love the tuned black adrenaline’s. Now that you’ve added HP you need to contact me for information on how to tune it to handle nicely with all that extra HP. The one thing that all your viewers need to know, if you’re riding in Quebec and/or Ontario, you absolutely can not use anything other than that stock suitcase exhaust. However. There is a company, Boost Engineering it think, not positive, however they will take your stock can and gut it. They basically turn the suitcase into a can. Which is crazy however it does make it legal. The authorities have to see ROTAX on it.... Otherwise awesome vid. Awesome sled.
@@MainvilleATV awesome. I noticed you got the sled from Pete’s. They’re in Ontario, good dealership. If you read my comment though, I said tune the handling for the extra HP. I brought up the exhaust thing so people in the Ontario/Quebec area could get a modified exhaust that works for them, and not a huge fine....
Thank you, Stephen! I wanted my first sled to be 4 stroke for a few reasons but Ill certainly be on look out for a 2 stroke mountain sled at some point!
Wow Dude Hurricane has snowed you pretty good. Swap that chain look how much dog leg there is! Wait until it stretches. Also watch out for those tunes they are known to produce out of round cylinders and destroyed valve seats.
Hi, how are the mad ramps going? Still using? Would a small trailer be better? Do you have enough room in your truck bed for your things when your doing farther trips? Your atv I’m talking about. Thanks
Love the video! I have a 900 Turbo and was hoping you could give a price Estimate on how much all this costs because I want to do similar mods to mine but I want to modify it to make it a deep snow sled ie bigger lugs
Leaving things alone is no fun! You have a sticker falling down in the background there...can't be having that ;-) Woooooosh noises are the sweetest noises! DAMNIT! I always miss the giveaways 😂 Looking forward to seeing that first rip with all that POWA!
Hey dude, I love the video. I own a 900 turbo myself and I love it but not tuned, this is going to help big time as I was leaning towards Hurricane. I noticed your front shocks are set on an odd position; upside down? No? I seen this on a grand touring and the guy switched it around when he noticed that too. What do you think? Shock upside down?
When buying the 195 flash do you need to buy a separate harness to connect the flash? I’m planning on doing the 195 flash with the clutch arms and sandale mid pipe on stock exhaust after watching this video I will be getting the TD intake as well for the cool wooosshhy noises. I already installed the BOV and it sounds sweet.
@@MainvilleATV I agree, but in your video you state 150 as the baseline dyno number. On Dave's dyno it made more so the gains are less. You take the improvements on that sled on that dyno. I had the 195 and then 205 tune before going to Motec. It's a nice tune and runs well, enjoy.
Would it be practical to do an under coating on the frame? I’m more interested in the atv aspect of of your vids because where I live we very seldom ever get snow an when we do it’s usually not worth mentioning.
Hi guys, I have just brought the sandale exhaust for my 900turbo it sounds great but noticed it's fit was very tight on the front side of the pipe between pipe and the aluminum heat shield with about 1/8 inch clearance,. Has Anybody else notice this ? Maybe normal fit or defective pipe.
@@MainvilleATV Its a canon dslr though if memory serves? What's the dream lens you want? I've recently gotten into cameras and man is it a rabbit hole!
If you look up the "trio" of common lenses it's where I'm assessing what I want from it. Something for distance, something for low light and probably a nifty fifty. L SERIES preferably. Yes, I shoot with a 90D
@@MainvilleATV Nice! That's awesome. Well you're making that kit lens look amazing! My fiance has a rebel T5 and I've been looking into mirrorless for a more compact camera. Glad ya threw in the Turbo Dynamics cold air, they've got a complete package too for the Ace 900. I'm a sidewinder guy, cheers from Lake Simcoe
Somebody is going to have fun this winter.. That thing is gonna rip. Now we impatiently wait for winter snow to arrive.
That's the plan!
My buddy just installed this exact system in his sled today, first ride this Saturday. 👍
You'll love it. Just had it in the BC mountains and it worked great!
Very nice, im actually doing a 195 tune on a friends sled shortly
Killer, dude! Itll be a beast
Great walk through and description on what is involved. Gonna sound deadly on the snow for shur.

that sounded allot better cant wait to see videos on this sled sound good under a load

That very nice shop 👍
I picked up a 900 ace last year . Two stroke guy before but I'm loving it .

You have to take a trip to the Rockies for some real sledding now that you live here in the west.
As long as it is possible it is happening. Already looking at it! :) looking for connections as we speak
Wow Dude Hurricane has snowed you pretty good. Swap that chain look how much dog leg there is! Wait until it stretches. Also watch out for those tunes they are known to produce out of round cylinders and destroyed valve seats.
That is going to rip, ide love a sled but don’t get much snow in my area anymore.
Great video man. Add some sound deadening material in your shop to reduce the reverb and the echo. Cheers!

Thanks
Love the ramps. Tons of room while using them. What's better is up to you.
Kyle good job explaining ,hope you enjoy the power
Thanks man
How hard was it to install the cold air kit? Does that bottom rubber boot go up under the engine?
Very very easy. Anyone can handle these mods without issue.

Why whuld u get More ”whosy” noises whit a difrent intake when u have a open dump? Thats just going to change the intake noise.
Graet video!
I might have to ask you some question and tips in the future to mod my future 900 Ace Turbo. Well done video and explanation. Keep on sledding !!!!

Sxs sitting in your garage would be 🤘

Should be an awesome improvement on a already nice sled
I agree! The clutching is what u am most excited about for sure!
Dammit Kyle!! Now I was turbo the 850!! 🤦♂️🤣 that sounds like a badass street bike now 😂
Also note that sled made 167hp stock on Dave’s dyno.
Quite a few factors involved when dyno testing. I know for sure skidoo was modest but results across Canada have been varying

In the video I did clarify that the dyno numbers varied stock also. So I simply went with skidoo for numbers sake.

On a snowmobile, no. For the most part they are made with aluminium which oxidizes very differently than youd imagine. Not required at all.
Sounds great. Looks like the snow is coming this weekend.
Bring on the white gold!

nothing like getting passed on your new $20K Mach Z by a 2 up.
The exhaust sounds deeper. I like it! And I like your sign too 😆
Yeah, it's not much louder but very deep and crisp. Pumped to hear it pinned under load
@@MainvilleATV Going to get some sweet sweet shatatata noises... or is that more of a diesel turba noise.

I’ll rock the jacket!!!
Is that 195hp with all parts installed or just the Flash alone ?
Just the tune. An estimate as it sits is closer to 202 to 205hp.
They never ship my cold air intake yet from turbo dynamics😰 aug 25 purchase

Nice video. Did you run a shorter chain? Looks like you have too much dogleg in that chain. 41 tooth requires a shorter chain.
I put my trust in Hurricane Performance on this one, they never said it was required but I suppose we will know for sure soon enough haha
@@MainvilleATV Dave can shorten the chain. Go on Dootalk and look up the chain chart. It's common knowledge what chain to run with what gear.
