Exactly what I needed. Thank you! Also saw that you havent posted a video in a while. If youve been wanting to go back for a while, this comment is your sign! You explain so well.
You can have 2 separate calendars but send a link that combines the 2. Its basically like a grouping them together and they can choose which one they want to book with.
Awesom video, can I use this for scheduling for an event center.also is there a way to book two events at the same time because event center has upstairs and down stairs
So this is possible for sure. I have moved onto something more advanced than Calendly though that would do this as well. I can double check if you havnt figured it out yet.
How do you set it up with resource calendars? Can you incorporate so that you don't need to return to Outlook to book it in after booking the timeslot with someone?
So now watching this along with a couple other videos, I think I'm way overcomplicating what I want to achieve. I've paid for the upgrade so those tools are available to me. I schedule all my own meetings, up to 8-10 a day. My clients never see my calendly. What I'm trying to accomplish is when I schedule a meeting, the client receives text reminders based on their time zone 72 hours, 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the meeting. I don't need email confirmations to me or the client, I don't need text confirmations (like the workflow), nothing fancy. I just need an automated system to schedule something that I can look at, plug someone's info into, and at the allotted times a pre-written text goes out. I don't see that very simple need being filled with calendly OR I'm missing how that works. And I'm not sure I needed to upgrade. I'd appreciate any tips or other programs. One thing I'd looked at is GReminders maybe.
The time zone aspect is super important, too. I schedule from MST and work with people from East to West Coast. I need to be able to send reminders to them that do the time conversions. Currently Calendly is sending them based on my set time zone, not theirs, and even when I change the time zone it changes the zone for ALL my appointments.
There is a sms reminder within Calendly. And you can run up to 3 reminders for text. Plus you can add custom fields and it will send in the timezone they chose.
Is there a way to open up an appointment to have two people book the same time only on certain occasions? I am slowly growing my team and want to open up one or two extra appointments a week but want it to look the same / be the same link as my already existing appointments.
Hey. In the admin management i can invite my team members to join my calendly. Will their personal calendars be synced in as well, their availability? Is there a way to do it?
I have a team of 7 people. Meeedly seems to have meetings management capability where I can see my team’s meetings data. It is also seems to be much affordable for teams. Calendly only provide Automated scheduling if I got it right?
Question? Why would you need to approve the appointment? You set your approved availability inside of calendly. Why would you want to approve it twice?
You can use zapier to send a consent for out yes. You would look something like this: Trigger: Calendly Submission Filter: Filter by event type, if you dont want the consent for sending on all appointments Consent form software(pandadoc, hellosign, docusign?): send to email of person who scheduled.
@@MichaelDallasPetersen Nice! I saw on this tutorial that you can use the question feature and require checkbox answer. Seems like that would work for podcast consent. Does it keep a record of that? Thanks for the quick reply!
It could yes. Depends on how legally binding you need it to be. Calendly will store the answers but anyone can book an appointment and use whatever information they want to.
If you want to ask before they book a call and not while they are booking the call then you would want to have a simple funnel that asks them the questions and then redirects them to the calendly page.
I am a virtual EA and I manage multiple people's calendars for booking appointments. I have synced/added their calendars to my calendly, but I wondering if that is the best way to do it. It seems as though I can only book appointments based off availability on all calendars and not pick and choose. What if I have one calendar I want to book off of their availability and ignore the other? Can I do that somehow? Thanks!
Why would you need their calendars connected if your not needing their availability? I would just add appointments to their calendars with zapier instead.
So it looks like your general approach is to work really hard on your google calendar in the background. I was setting up my Calendly first and making adjustments in google calendar but seems like you are kind of doing the opposite.
So I still setup calendly and have the basics. Like my morning and evening blocked off. My schedule changes so quickly that I just leave my google calendar open and put events on my calendar where I cannot have an appointment. I wouldn't say I would "really hard" at doing this. I just dont want to go back to calendly to block something off if I had something pop up and I needed to block it off.
Hey there. Thanks for video, great work. Any chances for calendly to book two kinds of clients for the same event? We organise circles, calls where one client present his project ($x) and other member of the call give feedback ($y). The two kind of member do not have the same price to pay. Thanks

Starting again haha! Took me a year but got lots more coming out
Hi. I offer 20 and 45 minute sessions. Is there a way to combine the two lengths of times in the same calendar for someone to choose from?
You can have 2 separate calendars but send a link that combines the 2. Its basically like a grouping them together and they can choose which one they want to book with.

Solid video man! Can I embed the confirmation details schedule on my custom thank you page?
Yes you can! Depending on the landing page builder you use. I know go high level can do things like this.
Can you block out your schedule for regular clients to book but allow VIP clients to book during the blocked out times?
Sorry missed this. I would have a seperate calendar widget for this.
How do you set it up with resource calendars? Can you incorporate so that you don't need to return to Outlook to book it in after booking the timeslot with someone?
Are you able to share your calendar with your other calendar? If not then you can use zapier to book the same appointment into another calendar.

Hey. In the admin management i can invite my team members to join my calendly.
Will their personal calendars be synced in as well, their availability? Is there a way to do it?
I would like to know this as well.
You sync and add each calender individually for best results.
Can you do a review on Meeedly? Looking to purchase Meeedly
100% Any particular reason Meedly with all the others out there? Just curious.

how do we approve appointments manually instead of it showing up automatically? Is there a way?

How does this work if an Admin schedules on a shared calendar and invites for it to show on boss's calendar?
If you invite someone within the calendly widget it will also send a reminder to other other email.
What's the advantage of using Calendly over HighLevel's calendar?
Esthetics, and functionality. Out of the box Calendly is just easier to use and also looks better IMO
Help! I cannot figure out how to link my COZI calendar to my Calendly account! THANKS!
I am unfamiliar with that calendar?
???? Is there a way to attach a consent form to calendly (eg. podcast consent form) for when the schedule????? GREAT VIDEO!
You can use zapier to send a consent for out yes. You would look something like this:
Trigger: Calendly Submission

Zapier would help you alot. Is the form just something they print and sign or is it a software?
I have meeting set up. Need to allow two people to reply to the same time, But can't seem to get this to work. Can you help?
Hmm can you describe the situation in more detail?
how can you add questions before schedule?
If you want to ask before they book a call and not while they are booking the call then you would want to have a simple funnel that asks them the questions and then redirects them to the calendly page.
@@MichaelDallasPetersen there is another way using calendly.
To block out certain hours, you say you go to your calendar...where is that?
I have my google calendar synced. So I would go to google and just block out a slot.
How do I avoid double-booking in calendly. I mean, no two person should book the same time
If your calendar is hooked up properly in the integrations tab then calendly will not fill a time already labelled as busy.

Nice, you can create multiple events.
What a very helpful video. Thank you very much. I’m trying to sort scheduled events by the client name. Is there a way to sort scheduled events?
Not that I know of. I think you can only filter by event name and by time. You can always export and sort if you want.

I honestly do not think this is possible. You can have people pay the same amount in a group call. But not differently.
I can not figure out how to change my contact number
You will need to change it in the meeting location.
