- I had breast augmentation surgery 1 week ago today and have documented a little bit of my boob surgery journey and overall experience. I want to film a Q+A to answer more of your questions but figured this vlog could be a good way to lead into that.

I had mine done 4 weeks ago. I want to make a video about my experience as well because before i had my breast augmentation I watched a ton of these vlogs and they were so helpful in preparing me for it. Congrats on getting your new boobs! I hope you love them. I am certainly happy with mine.
You should! What I think is interesting is that every experience will be different. For example - I’m almost 2 weeks post op and I’ve been wearing my bralette at night and tbh have been waking up feeling more pain. Sleeping has been a little uncomfortable ect. So even if my experience was ok first week - this week now I’m going through something new! Let me know if you end up posting a video!
@@TheTaylorLayne Yes it's so interesting! For me the first night was the worst mainly because of the back and neck pain from laying elevated on my back. It was worse than the discomfort from the surgery. But using a heating pad on my back and a neck massager helps a lot. It took about 2 weeks for the soreness and sharp pains in my boobs to decrease. I am still wearing my compression bra day and night because I get more sore if I don't. I will definitely let you know if I make a video! I'm not a UA-camr and I've never made a video of myself though so I feel awkward about doing it haha.

Omg!! I'm having the exact same thoughts. I also have wanted them for a while but the thought would go away and I decided I wanted them and booked a consult and payed it right away about a month ago and now I am having those thoughts you are having, questioning everything and Hkd made me how I am and I should live myself.. also all the what ifs and what can go wrong over a surgery I don't technically need.. ugh thank you for touching on this. Glad to know I’m not the only one with those thoughts! I have my surgery tomorrow and I’m trying to stay positive and think more about the outcome.

It's a weird experience / journey as it's new and change - which can often be scary. Lean in on knowing that you're making the best decision for yourself and you will be very happy with your results 😜

i relate sooo much to what you said at the start (justtttt turned 29) and i finally made the plunge i scheduled BUT OMG MY THOUGHTS exactly lol the scary ideas nearly make me panic .. (im scheduled in about 1month to have mine done) still feels not real lol
I don't think it felt real for me till I changed into the gown before surgery. Even post opp I was like wow lol! Please let me know how it goes for you!

@@TheTaylorLayne day 4 post op for me , i’m feeling good!! Just feeling tightness in the chest area, pain comes and goes. Can’t wait for the final results ☺️

Congrats, but please always check them if you see any changes you lay down. Mine flipped after two months of getting them done. Hope you don't get it as me
What does that mean exactly? In the sense of them flipping? Where you able to tell and did something you did cause it? Thanks for letting me know!
@@TheTaylorLayne i'm not quite sure what caused it they said maybe the pocket was too big, but how did I found out when I lay down you can see the implant flat
