Nice Explanation Basic GyAAN. One more Point want to Add : Now Current Account Offer Sweep in Facility where they offer the Interest. I Personally Used 4 banks current account, Kotak, ICICI, RBL & AU. so in Kotak, RBL , AU They have sweep in facility but in ICICI We can create the manual Sweep FD.

When opening a savings account, investors can check the minimum balance required.
I have previously done this mistake of opening Savings account only to find that the minimum balance required is high.
