Candy Lady there's different variations, I break my fast( breakfast) with water, which I drink through out the day whenever I feel hungry, lunch I drink celery juice, and dinner I drink I high protein shake, all liquid diet for 7 days. What works for me may not work for you, some people eat one actual meal, for lunch or dinner. I consulted my doctor first who got me in touch with a nutritionist, please do the same. I remember when I was watching Martha Stewart one day she say when you cover your meat work for you always put the shiny in towards the food and the dog and goes up and I know that you put the shiny end up when it should go on top of the food try it like that next time I was Cornish hens are looking good I'm going to have to buy me some of those I haven't had those in a while I might even cook those with Thanksgiving cuz I never cook a turkey I just go over my daughter but I think I'll cook those Cornish hens for Thanksgiving just saying
