I really appreciate that you talked through the kickball changes in different ways, saying kickball change, steps and kicks, and side side middle, ect. I often find a bit one works better for my brain in certain settings, but I know that often someone else in the room learns differently!
Thank you Laura for all your inspiring videos, which I've been following for some time. Very instructional and enriching for all levels of lindy hoppers. And your joy to share is contagious too !👌Gaëtan (France)
I really like those kick away variations, but if one does this variation its out of the 8count pattern? that would be like 10 counts. So for me as follower it would be difficult to try to initiate that, when the leader continues to dance in 8 Count Swing out (?)
It is still 8 Count. You do the Kicks instead of the last triple and Rockstep. The idea of this variation is, that you don't change the counts, so that you can do it on your own.
Loved the slow-motion section! THANK YOU! Thanks for all of these solo vernacular jazz videos so I can level up my Lindy!

Ah, great point. It's still just 8 counts. Wait, I see someone else has already answered this question. But it was a great question.
Could you explain the version with the taps again 🙏😅 kick ball tap and then my brain can't follow somehow 😆
