    One of those ideas where you think off "I could have thought of that!" Instead of moving to a rare earth magnet I will implement this idea especially with an aluminium mount it is even easier. Thanks!

    Well done, as usual :-) I initially thought the purpose was to discharge static electricity when machining plastic - missed the obvious use with the touch plate :-)

    Really good idea, I just punted a self tapper into the printed part, then smoothed off the end so it didn't scratch... too much

    Very nice and neat work. A good practice is to rotate the tool 90° between the X and Y axis probing.

    Unless you used lock tight that cable will work itself loose in the future

      I used a lock nut. So it should work fine. Without the nut loosing itself over time
