The robe is magnificent, one question, what width measurements is the custom scream VI robe? I want to make my own robe and I would like more information, good video
Thank you very much. I’m not sure exactly how wide it is, but I know it is significantly wider than my 1996 robe. It probably also varies a little depending on how long the robe is because they’re all custom-made for a persons individual height.
@@paytonturpenvlogs5086 I definitely always check my comments and I’ll always try to respond as soon as I can 👍 The shotgun I was able to find on Etsy. I covered it in another video I believe not long after this one if you go through my old vids. But for sure, I always try to respond to my old videos as well. Thanks for watching
Hey man great videos. I have a question. When wearing a Ghostface mask with a robe how to you hide the side tassels on the mask so they don't flop around while wearing the robe? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for the nice words. I appreciate that. So with the particular mask I’m wearing in this video it’s a repainted 25th anniversary mask so it doesn’t actually have the tassels on the side. It has a full round shroud that hangs down in the corners. You could get a 25th anniversary mask as it is the mould that’s used in scream, 5 and 6. I actually pinned the corners together under the chin so you don’t see it as much when wearing it with the robe because it looks a little odd. That’s the thing with cosplaying Ghostface is a lot of people don’t tell you that most of the masks you see that are worn with a movie replica style robe have modified shrouds. So people remove the tassels because they aren’t movie accurate. They either cut them off, which I wouldn’t recommend if you have an older valuable Ghostface mask or reshroud them with a basic black backing hood. I actually did a re-shrouding video a while back on my Gen 2 fwd bib mask. Because it was a bib mask and it had a little rip at the top that I had to fix, I decided I would re-shroud it with a standard ultra white style shroud and just cut off the tassels. The other thing you can do, and what a lot of people do is just flip the tassle piece back and tie the tassels behind your head. You won’t see it underneath the robe of course. I was able to do this with my Gen 1 mask but I have such a big head I can barely get it tied. And obviously I don’t wanna modify that one because it’s an original. So you could just try to tie it behind your head or you could modify it like I did with mine and reshroud. Lol hope that explained it
I'm actually planning on customizing 25th robe to make it look like 1996 but let's see what I can do with that haha those streamers are too short and the hood is too droopy
Yeah, I agree it’s far from perfect but it is a solid upgrade from the 25+ year old design with the belt and triangles hanging off of the sleeves lol looking forward to seeing what you will do with the 25th. Thx for watching man I love the robe
Happy Friday the 13th 😱💯
You too man!

I don’t know if you check comments on this video anymore but I was wondering where did you get the shotgun for this cosplay?
