Wow Joey thank you for the glowing endorsement! That's probably the coolest thing anyone's ever done to give us a shout out on UA-cam or possibly anywhere! Love you man!
Great list! A few of these are new to me so I'll check them out… But I agree about ICWXP. They're incredible and at this point I like that as much as MTS3K… maybe even just a little more. Maybe. Their riff on the game hitman was gold.
MST3k had 11 years to get right, and it was a slow process. They weren't great right out of the gate, matter-a-fact the first 18 or so episodes are almost unwatchable. Over the last 5 or so years I've grown to like ICWXP's riffs _more_ than MST3k. But that is just me
Incognito Cinema Warriors is an awesome channel! I checked out their gaming riffs of Fallout 4, and it was actually funnier than Rifftrax or MST3K. And I LOVE me some Rifftrax and MST3K.
MSTie from way back (and Kickstarter backer), fan of all the spinoffs (involving MST cast members), HUGE ICWXP/IGWXP fan (seriously, if you like riffing and haven't seen them, do yourself a favor), I will have to look for the other recommendations.
Shame ICW is all but dead now. They were way more funnier riffing on one move than all 2 new seasons of MST3K combined! I tried getting into robot co-op but I just wasn’t feeling it. We need more riffing shows and die hard MST3K fans need to realize there’s room for more riffers who aren’t named Joel or Mike!
I actually went to the movie theater to watch Rifftrax Doctor Who: The Five Doctors. It was fun and I loved the short before. An talking about riffing. I’d love to riff on my horror hosting show to add some weird fun.
That Elvira one actually made me watch more Mystery Science Theater, especially since one of the films is Hobgoblin which Mst3k did and it's such an aweful movie that I had to switch to the Mst3k version. :P
Joey Hollywood do know if it would be copyright infringement - of either the movies or MST3K - if I posted my own youtube videos of bad movies while I make comments over them?
I don't know how Incognito isn't way more popular, those guys are awesome . They did a video where they reviewed Dr Pepper knickoffs, oh my, f in hilarious, witty, informative, entertaining, and intelligent. I wish they did more movie reviews and stuff similar to the above mentioned, it's world class content
+Joe Vector I've been following them for years and trying my damnedest to get more people to watch. I just don't get it either. All the uproar over the reboot of mst and there's been something some might say is even better here for years. Just so frustrating.
No doubt, it makes no sense to me, MST may be their inspiration but i feel they have eclipsed them in every way . The writing is brilliant, the editing is sublime, the set design is perfect, they got everything right . When i see their videos and look at the view count i'm shocked there isn't, these guys are truly awesome , much better than some other way more popular YTers
No, UHF does not imply public access. UHF is merely a frequency band covering RF channels 14 and above. In the analog days, UHF tended to house independent stations, though some stations assigned to the UHF band did have affiliation with the Big Three networks. The networks preferred that their local affiliates be on stations broadcasting in the VHF band, but it wasn't mandatory. Later, UHF stations were the homes of the minor networks. Public Access Television is a local cable thing. When cable came to local communities, certain channels were set aside for local government and community use. On Public Access television, any local amateur can walk in off the street and use the facilities to put on a show. KTMA was a UHF station since it broadcast of RF 23 in the UHF frequency band, but it was an independent television station, not public access.
Joey Hollywood Films look up svengooile 2.0 he did a very short rifting show that lasted about 2 months in 2004 but after complaints from mst3k fans he ended it

You guys do great work! Proud supporter!
I watch MST3K at the end of my day. I go off to sleep with laughter.
Thanks for the shout out! Glad you like what you've seen so far!
Keep up the good work!
Rifftrax has 200 movies you can download. NO syncing required.
Finally someone getting off their ass and doing something substantial to promote ICWXP. THANK YOU.
I was shocked when I saw that I had more subs than them, the desire so much more for the work they do
Riff trax, cinematic titanic, and mst3k are on tubi
Lots of Rifftrax on UA-cam, too.
Great list! A few of these are new to me so I'll check them out…

Nice job with the video Joey. I had never heard of most of these. The only ones I had vaguely heard of was Cinematic Titanic and The Film Crew.
If you check any of these out I hope you enjoy them :)
Sadly, I don’t think KCOS is ever coming back, due to the Computer Clan’s shift in focus to the Krazy Ken character.
MST3K is the gold standard for riffs, PERIOD.

thanks Joey..that's a great list..a lot of them are really good
when will you be finished with yours?? looking forward to it

Firesign Theater are the pioneers for this stuff
That Elvira one actually made me watch more Mystery Science Theater, especially since one of the films is Hobgoblin which Mst3k did and it's such an aweful movie that I had to switch to the Mst3k version. :P
I would love to do my own live riff show someday

icwxp is awesome ..just like mst3k
Joey, you need to vacuum :) Great video!
Haha yeah, the floor is always dirty because we're building sets.
Thank you! :)

You should make a sequel to this video.
I got one in the works!
Awesome, I'm looking forward to it!
It wasn't public access! It was local UHF TV.
"UHF" would imply public access but thank you for the correction

Wow I never knew about any of this
There's more than this too, but these are just the ones I really wanted to talk about
good vid joe!
Thanks!
what, no project popcorn???
Maybe I'll make a "Some More Movie Riffing Shows That Aren't MST3k" video
7:05 Midnights-la-la-Drive in?
This is awesome!
what about svengooile?
I watch Svengooile, wasn't aware he once did a riffing show. Could you link me to it? Was it before the show he's doing now?
Joey Hollywood Films look up svengooile 2.0 he did a very short rifting show that lasted about 2 months in 2004 but after complaints from mst3k fans he ended it
I will look into that and maybe put it in Part 3 of this video series
RLM:Best of the Worst. They're great too.
I thought about mentioning them, but they don't like being associated with MST3k
***** Oh yeah. That's true.
nostalgia critic please
Has he done something like this?
Joey Hollywood Films yup ua-cam.com/video/X49K_7eaC5E/v-deo.html
Nice vid
Thanks!
