Knov's Hide and Seek is still the most useful and most OP skillset for me. His Scream gives him a 1-hit kill attack that may even work against Meruem. He can escape when he's trapped and confuse his enemies. Using his dimensions, he could rob all the riches and store it for safekeeping. He could also store weapons, tanks, bombs, cars, airplanes and lot of other useful stuff and just pull it out of whim. He could bring the best medical team, with all the necessities inside his dimension. If he gets hurt, he just need to enter the dimension and have his medical team team heal him. Imagine trapping an enemy inside his dimension, then leaving an open door. The enemy will have no choice but to use that door to escape. That door will lead into an unsafe place like the middle of the ocean, a pool of toxic sludge or a mouth of a volcano. And finally, he could develop another OP skill that would only work inside his dimension. A great example would be Chrollo's Indoor fish. Since the fishes will exists only on closed spaces, those fishes won't die inside Knov's dimension.
@poldi1220 agree. Starve the enemy to death. Also being trapped in a room without windows can make someone out of their mind. They won't know how long they got stuck inside the dimension. Also killing in this way is effortless. Knov can trap his enemy in his dimension and forget about them. He can return to the dimension after a year and the enemy is already dead.

I think Kurtopi’s hatsu should have been at least mentioned. His hatsu is the reason why the spiders were able to massacre the york new because of the fake almost original copies of the items

The bisky ability to recover from fatigue faster is also a body builder or athletes dream. Her ability would kind of work like steriods where you can build and recover torn muscle fibers faster, allowing you to work out all the time without risk of overtraining

I think the biggest reason that it isn't on here is because of the absolutely ridiculous system of limitations and conditions that Morel came up with which allows him to use Deep Purple effectively.
Man, newworld already jacks off deep purple way too much. Almost every list of (insert positive thing here) nen ability has him on it. I’m actually glad we got to see some men abilities that aren’t looked at as much.
Wouldn't doctor Blythe also be pretty usefull. Just having access to a personal surgeon that we've never seen fail seems pretty good to have on hand for self healing or even healing others.
It just sucks because of how terribly inefficient it is. Really only the royal guard and mereum could use it. No human like you or I can use that ability, we simply lack the aura.
From What we see Pakunoda's memory Bomb can go anywhere just depending on where she wants the bullets to go, which can possibly track somebody, she also can extract anybodies memories, and no matter how hard you try to hide the memory she still can access it or things you simply have forgotten she can find, so she can like remember credit card numbers and so on an online shopping spree
Dissapointed in the lack of love for Deep purple here, sounds like a much more useful ability than Razor's honestly since not only does it grant far more smoke doubles (which can imitate anyone's apperance btw) but one can mold the smoke in too all sorts of very durable objects given enough time and skill, such as indestructable ropes, cages makeshift rafts there is so much more you could accomplish with this, like being a one man rescue search team f.x.
I think I’ve said this in another comment, but people kinda Jack off deep purple too much. Yes it’s an insanely good ability, but we see it on almost every positive list on nen abilities. I’m kinda glad this video showed some slightly more underlooked abilities.
What interests me so much about Nen is it seems it’s only limited by imagination and of course what Type you have I’m sure there is the possibility for some absolutely monstrous abilities
Having a monstrous level of ability requires a lot of sacrifice and dedication to create. So anyone can create of the most OP skill provided that they can do the work to develop it. One example is Netero. Literally trained for years in the mountains while applying the insane amount of dedication to his martial art.
I still remember the argument I had with some friends about how legit Bisky's ability was when I choose it as my main Nen power in a debate when they were all choosing Emperor Time or Skill Hunter and you have now given me my vindication :)
I think razor's ability should've been replaced by pouff ability to separate into millions, 14 just doesnt even begin to compare, plus you can share your senses with the clones.
Perfect Plan cannot be detected by smell actually. Meleoron was just worried the ants would smell the cigarette smell off him once he breathes and deactivates it.

It's actually a lot easier to understand than king crimson.... But you tend to forget the explanation. A month ago I re re read the succession war arc and understood how it worked but now I forgot about it.
King crimson removes the cause from the “cause ->effect” relationship, leaving only the effect of any action. Likewise, Gold experience requiem removes the effect from any cause.

As great as bungee gum is--and yes, I am even thinking about how Hisoka uses it at the end of his fight Chrollo--Texture Surprise is probably Hisoka's most useful ability. Just the number of tricks he's pulled and situations he has escaped or turned to his advantage because he can alter the texture and appearance of cloth like objects is astounding!
Great haiku is underrated! He could literally right something about beating the chimera ant king and then bam he’s the strongest in the verse. And know was underused in the chimera ant arc. He felt pouf’s en and then he was done ugh he could’ve just trapped meruem in one of his dimensions

Bisky's ability is also an infinite nen glitch. You can train nen as hard as you want and then use Cookie to get yourself back to top form in a matter of minutes to then start training again. The harder you train the stronger your nen and thus the stronger Cookie is allowing you to train even harder. It gives you the potential for exponential growth.
Great Haku is definitely one of my favorite abilities, It's so unique and I can't wait for Basho to get more potential screen time next arc! And wow I never thought about how useful Bisky's ability could be.
If I had to pick one for me, it would be Knov's. With his ability, you have 100% privacy. Just being able to be completely alone with no noise would be amazing, but you can also transport and store things. If you were a criminal or a thief, you'd possibly never be caught. Finally, if you were into traveling around the world, it would save you a lot of money from hotels and such.
Ok, you'd have to be able to use nen while asleep for the last benefit to be possible, but well, since both post-mort nen and using nen while Zetsu exist, I guess it's possible to use nen while asleep too.

Also given the independent nature of conjured items, I'd imagine Knov wouldn't have to constantly focus to keep the mansion active. Because there are examples of conjured items existing far away or even after the death of the user.

If at any point in time, the target dies, the ability will be removed, with one noted exception, *Sun & Moon* from Meteor City. The "living" requirement is arguably the most difficult requirement of Skill Hunter, as it needs to be met constantly. For example: Owl had his *Fun Fun Cloth* stolen, which means Chrollo has to keep him alive, if he wants to keep it.

I agree regarding Skill Hunter. While the ability let’s you steal and access multiple Hatsu’s, to be able to use it against proficient Nen Users to steal/lock their abilities would be close to impossible. Perfect planning and preparation should be done to take advantage of it, like with Chrollo vs Hisoka.
Dunno if this is an ability but Pitou's 2 Kilometer En was absolutely astounding in real life, Imagine you knew what everyone was doing 2km beside you.
Yeah…having seen house/condo/apartment prices lately, I’m gonna say Knov’s Nen ability takes the top for me. Imagine never having to shop for a house, apply for a mortgage, pay property taxes, or rent. On top of that, thanks to the ability to lay down exits anywhere you want, you’d only ever have to commute to a given place once, lay down an exit and, Boom!, you can pop over whenever you want. Sure, this only goes so far, but it’d be a massive game changer to be able to walk out the door and be at your workplace without having to worry about traffic or road construction. Of course, the lack of any ability to connect to a power grid might make things tricky when it comes to appliances, and it’s up in the air as to whether or not the Nen mansion can be permanently furnished. But just being able to create your own place to live, even in a somewhat limited fashion, would be an ability after my own heart.
Basho’s nen has a lot of potential. He could ask for poets to write him poem, he could compile them so he wouldn’t have the trouble of thinking and writing poem in any situation.
Honestly any ability that involves travel by way of flight or pocket dimensions is always a power I have in mind whenever it comes to what types of ability I would want if given the option
Illumi's needle people and hypnotic spell are useful nen abilities not to mention Illumi's needles that he can direct his aura into them to do some of the aforementioned nen abilities such as hypnotic spell or disguising his appearance are very useful nen abilities in the hunterxhunter world.
For ur number #6 parallel future, diavolo/doppio has an ability named epitaph which is doppios “stand” but could be utilised by diavolo too while king crimsons power is erasing time

There’s no doubt that it’s an amazing ability, but it’s also mentioned that it has an insanely high nen cost, ever for Pitou.
But day to day how often are you gonna need that. It's useful if you're a fighter and get hurt a lot but not much else.

As great as bungee gum is--and yes, I am even thinking about how Hisoka uses it at the end of his fight Chrollo--Texture Surprise is probably Hisoka's most useful ability. Just the number of tricks he's pulled and situations he has escaped or turned to his advantage because he can alter the texture and appearance of cloth like objects is astounding!

Bisky's ability is also an infinite nen glitch. You can train nen as hard as you want and then use Cookie to get yourself back to top form in a matter of minutes to then start training again. The harder you train the stronger your nen and thus the stronger Cookie is allowing you to train even harder. It gives you the potential for exponential growth.

If I had to pick one for me, it would be Knov's. With his ability, you have 100% privacy. Just being able to be completely alone with no noise would be amazing, but you can also transport and store things. If you were a criminal or a thief, you'd possibly never be caught. Finally, if you were into traveling around the world, it would save you a lot of money from hotels and such.
Ok, you'd have to be able to use nen while asleep for the last benefit to be possible, but well, since both post-mort nen and using nen while Zetsu exist, I guess it's possible to use nen while asleep too.

Also given the independent nature of conjured items, I'd imagine Knov wouldn't have to constantly focus to keep the mansion active. Because there are examples of conjured items existing far away or even after the death of the user.

*Correction:* There are a few points you forgot on a few characters.
*Meleoreon:* Perfect Plan Weaknesses- Footsteps can be seen in areas with poor footing, as the existence is outside his person and no longer attached to himself.
*Machi:* Strings are made of Nen but the needles are not, so the threads can be removed if the needle is removed.
*Chrollo Lucilfer:* Weakness- *Skill Hunter* also requires the user to keep the target alive to retain the ability. If at any point in time, the target dies, the ability will be removed, with one noted exception, *Sun & Moon* from Meteor City. The "living" requirement is arguably the most difficult requirement of Skill Hunter, as it needs to be met constantly. For example: Owl had his *Fun Fun Cloth* stolen, which means Chrollo has to keep him alive, if he wants to keep it.

I agree regarding Skill Hunter. While the ability let’s you steal and access multiple Hatsu’s, to be able to use it against proficient Nen Users to steal/lock their abilities would be close to impossible. Perfect planning and preparation should be done to take advantage of it, like with Chrollo vs Hisoka.

Yeah…having seen house/condo/apartment prices lately, I’m gonna say Knov’s Nen ability takes the top for me. Imagine never having to shop for a house, apply for a mortgage, pay property taxes, or rent. On top of that, thanks to the ability to lay down exits anywhere you want, you’d only ever have to commute to a given place once, lay down an exit and, Boom!, you can pop over whenever you want. Sure, this only goes so far, but it’d be a massive game changer to be able to walk out the door and be at your workplace without having to worry about traffic or road construction. Of course, the lack of any ability to connect to a power grid might make things tricky when it comes to appliances, and it’s up in the air as to whether or not the Nen mansion can be permanently furnished. But just being able to create your own place to live, even in a somewhat limited fashion, would be an ability after my own heart.
Basho’s nen has a lot of potential. He could ask for poets to write him poem, he could compile them so he wouldn’t have the trouble of thinking and writing poem in any situation.

Illumi's needle people and hypnotic spell are useful nen abilities not to mention Illumi's needles that he can direct his aura into them to do some of the aforementioned nen abilities such as hypnotic spell or disguising his appearance are very useful nen abilities in the hunterxhunter world.
For ur number #6 parallel future, diavolo/doppio has an ability named epitaph which is doppios “stand” but could be utilised by diavolo too while king crimsons power is erasing time
