Hello Daphine, this is some good content for me, why? From the auditor's perspective corporate governance has been quite an interesting area and most especially to the internal auidtors, you know internal auidtors were basically reporting to the board of directors and that definately meant that it would compromise thier independence and objectivity as auditors. However, due to corporate goverance various committees like the audit committee which comprise of Non executive memebers is where the internal auditors now independently communicate the company's internal control weakness. Though now I would request that You break down for us how is corporate governance structured, what are the proposed committees and then please show us the ugandan listed companies that are practically performing corporate governance appropriately. Finally this is just a question, can non-listed entities more like SMEs also practice corporate governance? Otherwise thanks for giving us such a platform that we shall use to understand law in corporate gorverance. Big ups
