Koi problem nahi hai. CHSL ka form aapne fill kiya hai, agar chsl crack karte ho toh har haal mein job milega. And as per privacy issues, this was the right thing to do (even maine bhi yahi kiya hai, so don't worry)

Shift means a fixed time where exam for certain number of candidates take place. You will be allotted one of the shifts where your exam will happen.
You only have to give exam once, don't worry.

No solution, you will have to choose between either your degree or job. Or if joining gets delayed from department's side and you give your final exams then only you can get both.

Only basic medical test is conducted (mostly by local government hospital).
You can go and check in a government hospital what they check for making a "health certificate". Nothing tough.
One important note: Some posts in chsl require you to NOT BE COLOURBLIND so make sure you don't put such posts in your top preference if your are indeed colour blind.

If your joining date is before your college ends, you may have to. As per rules, you cannot attend full time college along with the government job. So plan accordingly

You can write to Head of the department and head of your college about the situation, your college attendance days could be reduced or in distance mode.

If you get joining before your graduation, you will not get any Holiday to do classes, so make sure you give the exam in your second year of college (assuming a 3 year course), that way you can complete your graduation before your joining letter comes.
