What do you think about using numbing creams prior to waxing?
I had my 1st waxing n I really like it but My hairs grow so fast And it’s not because my waxing lady didn’t pull out the root or anything :(

Try a DIY sugar scrub
Ecos now has a pre shave scrub that seems to be pretty good. It's about 8 dollars.

It might be the way you are waxing them.. hard to say without actually being there unfortunately!
I do not think you should moisturize before your waxing..
You don't moisturize RIGHT before, but it's good to keep the skin moisturized in general.
