I want to make it clear: in the manga, the Future Devil tells Aki: “You will die in the worst possible way.”
When I read that, it legit gave me shivers. We already know he isn’t having a happy ending (only two years left and he refuses to quit), but this really cements it.
i dunno why they choose this translation man, the manga line is the correct one and way better
@@elshaddollworld3941 Hear me out here, this one establishes the future devil's personality better. Plus if someone is paying any attention to the show at all, they'd get the feeling that when a devil says your death is exciting and is gonna rock... it's probably gonna be spectacularly bad. I think it fits honestly.

@@reginaldmeta2762 The proper translation has a good reason why it needed to stay that way as the Future Devil will explain why he said it "that" way when the time comes for Aki to pass. It's not gonna rule for somebody at all and they literally botched it.

The Future Devils quote is mistranslated, he actually says Aki will die a horrible death. He just wants to see it himself is all. Also Aki can't use Kon anymore.
The Future Devil ... also named the Spoiler Devil by the fans.
the translation is wrong, he don't said ''in the future will fucking role'' to Aki he said '' your death is gonna be in the worse way possible'' that's why he don't want anything from Aki.
Crunchyroll translation is like that but as for other sites its the same as the manga
