Ahh man, it makes me happy to hear that! Paragliding is such a beautiful thing that we few humans are lucky enough to experience... I hope you have many amazing experiences in the sky, Johannes. I listen to your cover of Ohio every now and then by the way. It's one of my favorites
hanging out on the mountains and in the air, just enjoying the time ... great ! this video makes me impatient until the season 21 starts! greets from austria!
such a cool video... and the choice of the music tracks is great too... very well done simon! it's just nice to be out with friends and enjoy the nature and the wilderness!!! ✌🏼😉
Nice! Do you just look for light flows for that flight or a certain directional wind? I'm thinking about heading up late summer if the lockdown abates, and hope to vol biv up there, somewheres.
I'm no expert on the Pemberton zone, but the good days I've had there have tended to be light inflow from the coast. I've had spicy(ish) outflow days that have worked well but you'll definitely want to be looking for light W SW flow ideally. When you make the trip up get in touch with Jim Orava. He's the local guru that runs Cayoosh Expedition and he'll be a big help. Super cool dude. There are some incredibly talented pilots in Pemb that will be able to help you out far better than I ever could. I don't know if you're familiar with our windgram, but definitely use this when you're up here - canadarasp.com/windgrams/?region=4&location=0&plotType=0 Would be great to run into you!
@@SimonHergott Sweet, Thanks Simon! much appreciated. I'll certainly contact Jim, and atch the windgram! Meantime, I appreciate the vids! take care. Dan
Hey Tim! The app is XCTrack. It integrates with XContest.org, which is handy. Love your videos by the way. When I was learning to fly and consumed by the idea of Vol Biv flying I'd come across your content now and then on late night YT sessions. Thanks for the inspiration.
@@SimonHergott Ah cheers, should have recognised it (I use Flyskyhy myself)... Thanks re my YT vids, they're not up to the same production quality of yours, but I'm glad they inspired you, which is why I make them 👍🏻
