Thought u LOVED Gyeon Quick View????? Why is that video even up if u don’t use that product? Anyway, the reviews on this product says it lasts 2 weeks!!!
I agree. I used the new dquartz gforce. At €38 for 10ml i expected it to rock my socks off. But even my girlfriend said man this hydrophobicity sucks compared to what you had before. (Angelwax h2go 100ml for €10) It was easy to apply but man the performance was terrible
CyberTruck Wrap up video request . You Don't need a CyberTruck infront of you to do this video . You have enough B-roll footage . Cyertruck is still a hot topic and those videos did well for you . The fortune is in the Follow Up
Really seems easy to apply this.. Wonder how it compares to something like RainX?.. that works well but does not last that long. I began using a good car wax on the windows years ago on my Semi truck. Getting to the windows is a pain.. you have to climb up and stand on the engine or use a ladder to get to the middle of the windshield. The Wax beads up decently.. not as good as Rain X, But it lasts several months.. and helps keep the bugs from sticking. The less often I had to climb up there the better. This product looks really good.. the water beading looks even better than rain X.. and if it lasts, would be better than the car wax.
looks promising. By the way you don't have to wait 6 months. it is not like you will not do anything to the glass for 6 months.. like wash the windshield like 10 times with foam/car soap. then use a glass cleaner each time. use some clay to take the potential stubborn pieces of dirt. see how this thing fairs after 10 applications. it will not even be exposed to natural elements. like 10 weeks if you wash weekly. 2 months and change. if it survive record the behavior. also we can use the hose or a power washer or even take a short drive in rain. 🙂
The slickness doesn’t really last forever on almost every coating. Will be interesting to see how it lasts. For most glass coatings, durability is inversely proportional to slickness. If you want something that is easy but has incredible sliding angle I would recommend Infinity Wax Diamond Vision. It will only last a few months though, but it’s a glass sealant.
I would like to see some longevity results. Initial impression appears similar to Turtle's Hybrid Sol Ceramic spray, but living in the PNW, with frequent wiper use, offers maybe a week of water sheeting at low speeds. Wiper chatter isn't much of an issue with Turtle, but I did notice significant chatter with Adam's Advanced Graphene spray.
Nothing beats the price and performance of Rain-X. $6 for about 15+ applications. Do not even need to really prep the glass. Would it help, yeah, but do not need to.
Hope so see some longevity follow up reports. I've been using Turtle's Hyb Sol Ceramic spray with positive results in the PMW, initial impressions appear similar with this video, but can only manage a week of low speed water sheeting after frequent wiper wear. Wiper chatter hasnt been an issue with Turtle, though it was substantial with Adam's Adv Graphene Spray. edit: water beading will continue for a few months with Turtle, but low speeds have difficulty removing the beads.
I put the Adams Graphene and Ceramic Advanced Spray on my new Maverick including all the outside glass. It was hard to get off. Now the glass has a blister effect especially at night with a light shining through. Is there any way to clean this off? I tried Prep Spray but it didn’t work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I’ve never used a glass-specific ceramic coating. I have been happy just using Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL) on glass. Might have to consider changing it up when I get around to detailing my ID.4 this winter.
Like to see a follow up video in six months recorded while driving in the rain. Glass coating should quickly bead water and have water beads roll up towards the roof while driving.
Impressive drain down! Back in the day, submariners would treat the periscope head window with RAIN-X to speed draining when the scope broke the surface. This looks to drain better and faster and long lasting is a plus. Jade Amethyst looks to be better.
I’m definitely going to try this product on an IONIQ 5. I have the limited trim which has the 20 inch wheels and I was curious if this would be an adequate coating on the wheels. It’s a lease vehicle and I have a concern mainly with the plastic cover that covers the lug nuts. Your thoughts❓
Hi Colton. I purchased Gyeon Quartz QuickView based on your video earlier in the 2023 year. Is this product better than that? I still have some of that to use but wonder if my next ceramic window product should be this? I live in Minnesota so I would think our state may have close to the most harsh window conditions throughout the year. You had mentioned in the intro this may be better than the expensive products and you included Gyeon.
Looking forward to your 2 month follow up to see how this is holding up. I could see this being a seasonal thing I do on my S & Y.
"More is better" says the company on the label so you buy more product sooner...say it isn't so

Best one I've used is Soft99 DX Glass Coating. 2 layers. ty

That video has been posted!
Why i noone testing SUPERNATURAL GLASS SEALANT???
It stays on for a year and is easy to apply
It’s a breeze to apply with really good performance.

Hi. It’s been almost 6 mos. Any updates on this product? Thx

Why can’t you clear coat (acrylic) a cyber truck ? I originally thought they were clean coated.
How do these coatings compare to something like RainX?
Would it improve the appearance of a scratched tinted window?

How do you apply to side windows? Keep them rolled up?
Can’t be delivered to Australia
any updates?
Looks easy to use but what can be used on the inside windows. Please let me know ❤
Use Invisible Glass on inside windows. Do not coat inside windows with any kind of water repellant product.
looking forward to the follow up videos

Writing this before watching! As much as I love jades paint coating, I was not impressed with the glass coating though

Looks and acts like RainX to me. I've had RainX last a couple years with still good beading effects.
I’ve just taken delivery of an Ioniq 6. Of course there’s no rear wiper. I would normally use RainX but this look so much easier.

Aquapel is too easy and get a solid year in Northern climate. Too satisfied with it to even try something else at this point.
How do the wipers react to the Amethyst treatment on the windows? Is there any chatter like you said other treatments sometimes cause?
Thanks looking forward to something like this thank you 🙏🏻 for showing it

Do not use this on paint wheels or trim. This is a specifically formulated glass coating.
May have to give a try
