- When I saw all those lovely products from all around the world I had to purchase! This international market was small and quaint but there was plenty to choose from. How could I not share this crazy adventure into crunchy snacking from all around the world? There did seem to be a leaning toward products from Mexico and India. I am soooo enjoying the continued tasting and snacking even after making this video. Such interesting ways that other people eat. What they like. This could only represent a minuscule picture of the many things people eat. But wouldn't it be so cool to really be able to try the foods of the world?

Hi Rebecca! Pocky actually originally comes from Japan. 😊 It has been popular here in the U.S. for quite awhile so you can usually find it at most grocery stores here or Target. They have so many different varieties, but the strawberry and cookies and cream flavors are my favorite. If you like Pocky, then I would also recommend trying Pepero, which is kinda like the Korean version of Pocky, also very delicious! Lovely video as always! 🥰

Hello Rebecca, I love your voice, and particularly these videos! The Dakeyi sweets are the fruit lychee. It is a small, oval to roundish fruit of a Chinese tree (Litchi chinensis) of the soapberry family. Hope this helps! 🙏🏻

We have an international market in Greensboro NC. It's sort of like going to the zoo...many sights and smells....and you never know what is going to jump out at you.... lol.🤣
That made me laugh out loud, Chuck! This was a tiny little building I went to with my daughter. Sits all by itself on a corner in the old part of Bowling Green, Kentucky. But the smells in the shop were really different. I would love to go to the market you're talking about! 🤩
@@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction Bowling Green Kentucky!!! That's where they make Corvettes!!! Yes, the one in Greensboro is much bigger than the store you and your daughter went to. The one here used to be another big box store formerly. This place is filled with all kinds of cool weird stuff.... Octopus, hard to find French produce to unbelievable Oriental selections. Some smells are pleasant, some will make you run... But it's definitely an interesting place to visit...lol.

I rlly like eating snacks! Again this video is very chill just how I like it, you know my name 👍👍🤩🤩 if you ever do this again, I suggest you try shrimp chips. Sometimes people mistake them for the shrimp sticks, but they are pieces of crispy looking snacks. Some come in different varieties of colors and while some just come in pinkish orange. They're really good and I rlly like the taste. They're one of my favorites for Chinese snacks. But don't eat too much of those or you'll easily grow pimples or have throat ache. My mom doesn't want me to eat too much of those now bc I'm in puberty and I'm gonna grow pimples much more easily.
For the candy you ate in 25:41, it's actually lychee flavored XD and it's Chinese. I don't blame you for that because barely anyone understands language that is foreign to them, and I have no right to judge on you for that because I suck at chinese even though my mother tongue is Cantonese. I really like lychee flavored candy/jellies 😋 my preferred flavors are strawberry, grape, lychee and peach. Lychee is pretty good itself but my mom said don't eat too many lychees, just eat 1 or 2 per day and you'll be fine. The consequences of eating too many lychees are pretty bad but I forgot what they are.
I forgot to mention that you're the only person that keeps me watching your video for 15+ minutes. I have never known another person that keeps me watching their asmr for more than 5 mins that's why you're my fav channel 👍
I just noticed another detail of the lychee candies. It is actually healthy because it said "everyday you get vitamin C from eating this". I love candies.
About the ginger chews, I kinda find it weird that there's many Chinese writing on there when it's made in Indonesia (not being racist) maybe they found Chinese or taiwanese ppl to write on there lol
