Nice little battery and the cost is great. It's nice to see them coming down fast. Also good to see that you are getting out and about this year and not just staying on the property. Been doing the same and headed to Lake City in a couple of weeks.
It's a great little battery! I truely like it the best out of all the batteries I have tested thus far. Yeah, it was good to get out to another campground. However, we missed the solitude and quietness of our land, lol! Have a great time in Lake City! We went there last year and loved it. Where are you staying?
@@ColoradoCamperman Wood Lake RV Park, it will be our first time in Lake City but we've heard great things. I'm stoked for the MTB race!
@@graffix11us That looks like a really nice campground! We stayed at Castle Lakes Campground when we went there. It was a little far from town, but a really nice place. You racing or just watching? Have a great time up there!
@@ColoradoCamperman Racing! This will be my first try at this course. I just got back from Leadville and the 3-day stage race and feeling good!!!
@@graffix11us Heck yeah man! Have fun and good luck in the race!
Nice video Brian .....I run 2 100 a.h. house batteries for my camper / 200 wt. Panel up on roof rack to charge them up . I also picked up a small generator if needed for the snowy winters in case of no sun days to run and charge them up ...it's a little 2000 wt.and to my surprise It even runs my roof AC unit if need be ....ok B talk at ya later , I'm at the beach for this month in San Diego . Cheers
Nice man! Your system sounds similar to ours. That is pretty awesome that your generator will run your roof AC. Have a great time in San Diego!
What's the watts needed for that roof AC & how long u run it before battery runs out of juice?
@@vroor32 ....i run my roof ac only with a 2000 watt generator or plugged into shore power .cannot run ac unit on batteries . Most ac units need a 3000 watt generator to work so i was surprised my litte 2000 watt would run it .
I have 3 of these for my boat. One thing to watch out for is the included terminal bolts are not stainless and subject to rust. The bolts will not engage all of the threads if adding multiple lugs. The female threads are aluminum and could strip out with the short bolts.
Thanks for sharing your experience with the battery! How have they been performing for you?
Nice find! Sad the price went up $50 on Amazon in a few days.
I saw that! Bad timing on the video and the price change. Thanks for watching.
So is one of these batteries enough for a camper or should I get another one just in case? From the sounds of your video just one of these is like 2 lead acid deep cycles
One battery with our 200watts of solar has been fine for us. It depends on your power needs. Thanks for watching!
Talking size of the battery, do you know what the dimensions are? It is not listed on the PQ web site. Thinking of upgrading to a Lithium for my truck camper but the compartment only holds standard deep cycle.
10.24" W, 6.61"D, 8.23"H. I grabbed that from the Amazon page, I store my camper at a storage unit so I can't confirm those sizes, but they sound correct. It's a great little battery, we have really liked it so far and the performance has been excellent! Thanks for watching!
@@ColoradoCamperman Thank you!
@@davidhillbrand2302 You're welcome!
have this battery Bluetooth ?or a app?
No bluetooth and no app. Just a compact battery. Here's a battery I did a review on that has Bluetooth: ua-cam.com/video/K74nqXPNbLg/v-deo.html and here it is on Amazon: amzn.to/3LeLYG0
That battery is $299 now.
Dang, that is a good deal! I love this battery. I just used it yesterday to run a trolling motor on my kayak.
