Kyle and Cartman's hate for each other is a wondrous thing to behold.
I love how this episode starts off with a whimsical, happy opening soundtrack and then immediatley followed up by Cartman getting AIDS and giving it to Kyle

The hat and scarf, is a reference to the movie Philadelphia which starred Tom Hanks playing a man infected with aids, and that was his outfit.
Tom Hanks won an Oscar for that role.

The Leave it To Beaver jingle is pure gold in this episode. If you haven't seen "Dead Kids", i highly recommend it. Think it's season 22 or 23

You know, it was pretty kewl of Magic to just give away cash to some random kids. Though, he could claim to be credited as the one who discovered HIV vaccine
For as long as i can remember, 9 years ago i was at my grandparents's house and there wasn't any other channel with cartoons, so my german grandfather showed me south park and that was the first episode i've ever seen of south park, I was 6 years old back then💀

This is an awesome episode. Another awesome episode of this season is Major Boobage.
Most specifically it was all about breast cancer and being drowned in pink everywhere (never mind that men can in fact get breast cancer). Boy did that too get old!

Something to take note by this point Cartman has hope Kyle would gat AIDS a couple of times so it really is ironic and am in full support of Kyle laughing at the misfortune of the demon child we all love to hate though I do think its funny unlike he said.
