The desire for what the Japanese call ikigai is a universal human experience. The beauty of ikigai is that it’s a spectrum, a rainbow if you like, you can have more than one, it’s in the here and now, it changes as you grow, and most importantly is considered to be essentially the process of cultivating one’s inner potential.
