You know you Americans driving laws are so lenient,if you done this in the U.K. and got seen by police. You’d get done for careless driving,due care and attention,speeding and maybe an asbo. Each of them will get you 3 points on your licence and £100 fine. But not wearing a seatbelt,a bald tyre will also get you 3 points. So if you was that unlucky you had 4 bold tyres you’d get 12 points on your licence so you’d lose it for a while
