Toronto police had their plate full the other day.
Shoplifter fleeing the store was hit by the passing car, but the car took off.
Police stopped the vehicle a few blocks away and arrested the driver for hit-and-run.
The passenger in the car was also taken in for drug possessions.
And the Shoplifter, he went to the hospital with shattered leg and was then cuffed for stealing several jackets.
